Nestled on a one acre lot, and backed up to one of the last working farms in Northern Kentucky. Less than 10 minutes off interstate 71/75. The Creation Museum is only 11 miles away. The Ark is only 29 miles away. Newport aquarium is 16 miles away. The Cincinnati Zoo is only 20 Miles away.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this peaceful, centrally located home! BENGALS FANS/REDS FANS only 16 miles away from stadiums.

First floor:
Bedroom# 1: Giant master bedroom with king bed and lots of space, 55" inch smart tv and a baby crib.
Adjacent bathroom with shower.
Large dining room seating 10 people. Entertainment room with Arcade and table for board games. Living room has a 65" inch smart tv large comfortable leather couch and two swivel chairs
Open concept kitchen flowing into living room. At the back of the house an all seasons room has a beautiful country view. Attached porch with outdoor furniture and brand new five burner gas grill.

Second floor:
Bedroom #2: Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower. 55" inch smart tv.
Bedroom #3: Queen bedroom with 55" inch smart tv.
Bedroom # 4: Bunk room with twin over queen beds. 55" inch smart tv.
Bathroom with tub/shower shared adjacent to bedroom #3 & #4.

Washer and dryer located in basement. Attached 2 car garage. Parking for 8 cars on driveway.

The developers of the yet to be built Florence Mall gave the land to build the water tower to the city in return the tower would be painted as an advertisement reading FLORENCE MALL. Completed in 1974, the water tower almost immediately came under scrutiny for violating the state's law on sign height. The $472 solution? The home was just as described. Well stocked. Tastefully decorated. Plenty of space for a group of 8. The hosts take great pride in their place! Communication was excellent. Easy to find, easy to get in. Plenty of instructions made it easy to maneuver. Close to many attractions! Definitely would stay there again!!!!

Can't say enough good things about Tom and our stay at his property. Clean (and I'm not easily pleased in that department). Tom thought of EVERYTHING and we've stayed alot of different places.......plenty of night lights and labels for switches and hooks to hang coats and towels and places for shoes........things I didn't even think we'd need and we used it all...........spectacular place and host!

We really enjoyed staying at the country retreat. The property was very clean and the listing was very accurate. All the extra amenities were a very nice touch. Everything from extra toiletries and kitchen items and the pastries waiting for us when we checked in. Tom was a very gracious host. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was so nice and we were surprised at how quiet it was in the area since there is a main road close. Very peaceful! We would definitely stay again if we ever found our way back in Kentucky. Tom, the owner, was so easy to talk to and always responded right away. He even left a sweet treat for us to enjoy during our stay! Thankful for our experience!

Pleasantly Yellow Haven

This house was perfect for our family, from the bunk room for our grandchildren, big dining table for adults and dining table for kids on the back porch, great kitchen to cook in and grill outside, all kinds of games and tv’s everywhere . Family vacation and birthday celebration

Family vacation to celebrate our daughters 23rd and my wife's 50th birthdays! The house was great, plenty of room for everyone, game room and location was perfect. The house was very clean and just as it was advertised. Our host was great and responded to our questions very quickly. Host provided a book listing area attractions, restaurants and many other things to do, which was very helpful. We highly recommend this property!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay and this home met all of our needs and surpassed our expectations! Everything was clean and well kept, the supplies were plentiful and Tom was prompt on any questions that we had. We went to the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, the local parks by the house so the kids could enjoy the family friendly area of Florence, KY! There's grocery stores, shopping, restaurants galore and easy access to State Parks! We visited Big Bone Lick to enjoy looking at the bison and hiking the paved trails, some natural paths as well. We also visited a few places that were suggested in the welcome book located in the home. We had 8 people total, 2 families, 4 adults, 1 teen and 3 kids 8 years old to 6 years old and the kiddos loved all of the activities at the house. Basketball hoop game in the garage along with air hockey and the Pac-Man game was definitely a hit but the back porch views were an incredible place to just enjoy coffee or end our day with visiting. We will definitely return to this area and especially this home. Thanks Tom for being a great host!

Great Time/Great Location

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this NKY getaway. Tom was very professional, timely, and the house was immaculate. We needed a central location between Cincinnati and the hiking trails/parks in Northern Kentucky... and this more than fit the bill. Convenience of the highways, local stores/groceries, and the cleanliness (and donuts) were all A for a great visit. We'll definitely consider Tom's wonderful casa our next time in NKY!

Sweet Kentucky Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently situated to the Ark Encounter, The Creation Museum, Cincinnati Zoo and Newport Aquarium. Plus anything we needed was near by. From groceries to BiBiBob restaurants and others. Tom is a fantastic host. He quickly responded when we texted him. And the macaroons that welcomed us were a delightful treat. We highly recommend this as your next vacation destination.

Amazing Place

This place is just like the photos. It’s beautiful and very spacious. My girls loved the fire pit in the back, probably because they got to do s’mores. They also got to be friends with the mules on the other side of the fence. This was a central location for Reds baseball game, Creation Museum, ARK and the Cincinnati Zoo, which we visited all. Tom was also amazing on responding back and providing some great food spots. Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Location and Comfortable Home

The home is very charming and very clean. My family of 6 had a great time with the Pac Man game, chess, basketball and air hockey table. We also played a lot of card games. The kitchen (I love kitchens) was perfectly stocked with pot & pans, utensils, and tools. I ended up only making breakfast most days, but still a delight to be in. We didn't spend a lot of time on the enclosed backyard porch, it was cold and we had a lot of activities to get to. We watched the Bengals (go team) beat the Broncos in Overtime!! Visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We did some shopping in a couple of awesome malls. Tom was quick to answer my question. But the house was so perfect, I didn't have many!! Thank you!!

Hospitality at its finest!

The house/property was just as described in the listing. The house was immaculate, and the property was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was a little concerned about traffic noise due to the house being located on a fairly busy road. However, my concerns were short lived once inside the house. Because it’s such a large lot, and the house sits a little ways back from the road, we didn’t hear any road noise at all (with the exception of one ambulance siren). Tom was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire experience, and even had a dozen delicious gourmet donuts waiting for us! Thank you for everything, Tom! We will definitely book again the next time we come to NKY!

Perfect for family

We traveled with 7 family members ranging from 17-82 to see the ark and the creation museum. This house was a great place in between the two attractions. There is a big, beautiful yard for playing games or sitting and relaxing, and the house is comfy and has lots of space for a large group of people. Tom is a gracious host and easy to contact, if needed. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. Tom’s place was well maintained and VERY clean. Our group of 3 senior couples were very comfortable, each enjoying our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The large living area and large patio gave us several options to convene. If we ever go back to the Florence area we will no doubt stay here!

Peaceful place

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. We were in town for my brother’s engagement and all l have to say is WOW! Extremely clean and had all the space my family of six and I needed. We were in constant awe of the beauty here. Gorgeous home with a scenic backyard/front/back patio area. Loved that there was a big bedroom on the main floor for my dad who is quite immobile and cannot walk up and down too many stairs. We enjoyed the games and entertainment as well as the layout and ample seating in the home. Thank you for everything Tom! Truly appreciate it!
