Newly renovated first floor apartment (one flight of stairs up or use new chair lift) in the center of Florence with high-end finishes, comfortable memory foam bedding, soft linens and multiple pillows, premium towels, SONOS surround sound, new bathrooms, individually controlled AC/heat by room, Nespresso machine, high speed fiber internet (600 Mb up/down), full kitchen and dining table that seats 6 comfortably. Kitchen includes new Electrolux cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, food refrigerator, and freezer. Summers in Florence can be hot and we have a great air-conditioning system! The apartment is 7 min walk from the SMN train station, Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. Good news, within 5 minutes are amazing restaurants, shopping, and luxury stores including Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and more. We will provide a list of local restaurants and attractions. We returned to one of our favorite cities and had our second stay at this fabulous apartment. This is the most well stocked rental we have experienced. From first aid to toiletries, they have you covered. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. The apartment is modern and clean and the location is perfect. We will always try and book at Spadalux for all our future visits!

Family Stay in Florence

My family and I had a great stay here while visiting Florence! The furnishings were top-notch and everything felt luxurious. The apartment was also in a great location that was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, including the train station. Having laundry in the unit was also a huge plus. Despite a couple of mishaps with power outages on the street/building, our stay went smoothly. The hosts were on top of everything; going above and beyond to make us dinner reservations, help us get into the apartment, and more. If (and when!) we come back to Florence in the future, this place will definitely be on our list.

Beautiful apartment. Perfect location

We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful apartment. Everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. Even the appliances, including washer and dryer were top notch. The beds were comfortable and the amenities very thoughtful. The location is perfect and walking distance to every where in the city center. We were only a couple blocks from the river. The hosts were very kind and courteous and also fantastic at assisting with dining and activity recommendations. We will definitely rent here again!

Amazing apartment

This apartment was all that we wanted and more. It was truly amazing and felt like home during our stay in Florence. The apartment is beautifully renovated, high end updates with almost everything you need for your stay. We were very pleasantly surprised how the owner has thought of everything, no details missed! It’s in a great location, close to restaurants, the train station, tram, shopping, central Florence. We wish all VRBO’s were as nice as this one! Brian and Elisa were so helpful from the moment we checked in. They even went out of their way to help us with an issue we had with our phone company. Thank you Elisa and Brian for having such a great place for us to stay!

Perfect place and hosts in florence

The apartment was clean, modern, and wonderful. Every detail. Was thought thru and amenities available (hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, extra tooth brushes, slippers, etc) Location was close to everything in florence l, literally less than a 10 min walk to anything. But the best part of the stay were the hosts. Brian And Elisa went above and beyond from the pre booking stage to the very last moment of our stay. Helping with anything we needed, checking in surfing our stay and being so gracious when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Highly recommend this stay and hosts.

Excellent accommodation

This property has every attention to detail. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bed linen is luxurious. The owner provides everything you could possibly need from slippers, to GHD and Dyson hairdryers to umbrellas, generous bathroom amenities and much more. Our host Elisa was excellent providing immediate responses to our questions and waiting for us with a smile, nothing was too much. Thank you we will be back!

Fun times in Florence

The property was exquisite in every way. Extremely central and very easy to walk to just about any point of interest we wanted to see. Davide was our welcome host and met us at the door. Stunning oasis in Firenze!

The apartment is an incredible gem with every amenity and detail you can think of. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Elisa was a wonderful host that was incredibly attentive with instructions before our arrival and even gave very helpful restaurant recommendations during our stay. After long hot days touring Florence this was a welcome air conditioned oasis to come home to. It was also very convenient to major sites as well as excellent enotecas, cafes and shopping. Wonderful 5 night stay

We spent a fabulous five nights in the beautiful city of Florence at this luxurious 5 star-appointed and very spacious apartment. Located in the heart of the city near the train station (easy walk), shopping, sites and restaurants. We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to call home during our stay. Truly beautiful. The management company was kind, communicative and accessible any time we needed. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for luxury, space and a central location in Florence!

Yes, Yes and Absolutely Yes!

Brian and his team were unbelievably outstanding. Just so far above and beyond what we expected and we expected a lot. The communication was extraordinary from the beginning with multiple messages back-and-forth on Vrbo. They set up a group WhatsApp to make sure we had multiple lines of communication available, his team helped us hire an amazing driver, who we hired to take us to three different other locations. The team met us at the location our first day and gave us some suggestions. Some walk-throughs directions even set up reservations for us at amazing restaurant that had Michelin star ratings. This is the one and only place you should ever rent if you’re in Florence, if I could give it 10 stars or 100 stars, I’d give it more than that.

A beautiful property in a perfect location, with even better service!

The apartment itself was perfect, with everything we needed for a nice stay in Florence. The property manager, Elisa, did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed. If we wanted a restaurant reservation or taxi, she would assist, or if we needed help with train delays (which we did) she helped us there too. I'd give this six stars if i could!

Amazing apartment in the Heart of Florence

This place is amazing. From the time we clicked confirm till the time we checkout of the apartment Brian and Elisa we awesome. Brain made contact with us within a few hours providing us additional information about the apartment and location. Brain and Elisa made dinner reservations for us at a fabulous restaurant across the street of the apartment. Once we arrived Elisa met us and helped us get settled in and get acclimated to the area. She was very happy to answer all our questions and explain other features of Florence. The apartment is new with all new furniture and appliances. This place is in a great location and a great place to lay you head at the end of a long day sightseeing. Go ahead and rent this amazing apartment you will not be disappointed Thank you Elisa and Brian for having a great place to stay for my family.

An amazing apartment in a perfect location

Great owners - very communicative, friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely beautifully renovated - with high end new finishes, appliances, linens, towels, etc. We had 6 guests - two couples and two college kids. The layout was perfect for our group - with comfortable space for everyone and every amenity we could ask for. Wines, salumeria, bakery, groceries, and great restaurants within 30 steps of the apartment. And the train station, tram, and all the sites of central Florence and shops were within an 8 minute walk. We had a wonderful week and look forward to coming back!

Amazing Property, Amazing Hosts!

What an unbelievably amazing stay we had here. This is an amazing location with everything a quick walk away and absolutely phenomenal hosts with exceptional service. The apartment is immaculate with everything you could need. Incredibly clean and just as described. We were two families with 6 people total and had ample space. The place had everything you could need from laundry detergent to wine decanters. They even left us a welcome gift of champagne! The hosts are amazing! We needed to locate a wine box to ship some wines back home and Elisa was ready to assist. We needed suggestions on restaurants and Elisa was armed with recommendations. When we were having trouble finding a taxi for our return to the airport Elisa booked it for us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone I know that visits Florence!
