Tucked away on historic Via delle Terme, Terme Historical Tower places you at the heart of the city’s timeless beauty—where centuries of history unfold just outside your door, yet a peaceful, private retreat awaits within.

The Space

Located on the fourth floor (with elevator access), this beautifully restored 115 sqm (1240 sq ft) apartment comfortably hosts up to four guests. It features two elegant bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom—perfect for couples, families, or friends who value both comfort and privacy.

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is unmistakable.

Original stone walls, exposed terracotta brickwork, and historic architectural details have been carefully preserved, creating a sense of depth and authenticity. These elements are seamlessly balanced with refined contemporary design, offering a space that feels both grounded in history and effortlessly modern.

The open-plan living and dining area is warm and inviting, centred around a traditional fireplace—an ideal place to unwind after a day wandering Florence’s streets.

The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel finishes and everything you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a Tuscan-inspired dinner. Pick up fresh ingredients from the nearby Santo Spirito market and enjoy a relaxed evening at home—Florentine style.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Both bedrooms have been designed as calm, intimate retreats—quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled.

The two en-suite bathrooms are a true highlight, featuring natural stone walls, handcrafted basins, and elegant brass fittings. Spacious walk-in showers and high-quality finishes bring a boutique-hotel level of comfort to this historic setting.

Check In:
✔ Please provide your arrival time in Florence, including flight or train details.
✔ Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with a supplement for arrivals after 7:30 PM or outside the agreed time.
✔ We will reconfirm a check-in time based on our availability.
✔ Our check-in ambassador will personally welcome you at the apartment entrance.

Apartment provisions:
We provide a starter supply of:
Kitchen: coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, paper napkins, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets
Bathrooms: 3 towels per person (small towel, hand towel and bath towel), mini toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion, toilet tissue (2 rolls per bathroom) and a hairdryer (per bathroom)
Laundry: washing machine pods
General: plug in mosquito repellent, umbrellas

Maid Service:
Extra cleaning is available upon request:

Cleaning: €25/hr (min 5 hrs)
Full linen change: €25/bedroom & €25/bathroom

Book for a minimum of 8 nights and receive a complimentary 3 hour maid service and change of linens
Guests are advised that the bathroom supplies and changes of linens/towels are only replenished complimentary if you book for 8 nights or more.
