Bel appartement d'environ 70 m² récemment rénové avec mobilier et goût de haute qualité. Composé de hall d'entrée avec cuisine et salle à manger, équipée avec machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, TV LED, Wifi et air conditionné.

Deux chambres dont : première avec mezzanine et cour intérieure et vue sur les collines, lit double et canapé-lit double dans le grenier. Salle de bain avec bidet. Deuxième chambre avec vue sur le Duomo et monuments avec un lit double et un lit simple. Salle de bain complète.

À 5 minutes à pied du Duomo et à seulement une minute de la place Saint-Marc, au dernier étage d'un immeuble typique de l'ancienne Florence, se trouve le Residenze di Panoramic Suites Cavour 34. Total 3 appartements spacieux offrant une vue imprenable sur les toits et les monuments de la villes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 13 personnes.

Where do I start. Locaton is amazing. You're right in the heart of Firenze with everything walkable. Apartment location is close to Piazza San Marco bus stop, within 15 minutes of train station, and there is a grocery store a few doors down. I used to live in Florence, so I can say with great certainty that you will enjoy this location. The Accademia is the block behind you, Duomo, bell tower, baptistry is 3-4 minutes walking. Piazzale Michelangelo is a good 20 minute walk. Ponte Vecchio is about a 15 minute walk, and the food market is also close by.Let's talk about the views! The room with the two beds has a large window with an unobstructed view of the Brunelleschi's dome. The bedroom with the second bed located in the loft had a view of San Marco church which rung it's bells. Kitchen has the same view. If you are adventurous, there is another (better in my opinion) grocery store called the Esselunga. I used to shop there when I studied abroad. You'll need the bus to get there, but if you're looking for a true grocery store with all the fruits and veg, you can go here or head over to the Mercato Centrale in San Lorenzo.Upstairs is a food lover's paradise with sweets, confections, pizza's and other delicious finds. Downstairs is the fuit/veg/fish/meat market.I have three teenage daughters and they loved having their own beds, bath, room and space. Each bedroom is very spacious. They said they would return.Hosts were friendly and communicated well.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Posizione ottima. Vista da camera duomo da togliere il fiato. Appartamento al 4 piano servito da ascensore. Isolato da rumori strada. Vicini o ospiti altrettanto silenziosi. Ampi spazi letto comodi, 2 bagni. Privacy e comodità per tutti. Camera con soppalco molto bella. Finiture e spazi sfruttati al massimo e al meglio. Unico limite cucina piccola con qualche lacuna negli accessori tegami pentole.... Ma chi viene in vacanza per fare lo chef?? Vicino all'appartamento c'è di tutto da supermercati a ristoranti ma sopratutto le meraviglie di Firenze

Nycolas was wonderful, and very helpful. A lot of the issues that we had were not with the apartment, but with with the others neighbors in the building. Half way thru our trip, they decided to do heavy construction on the bottom floor and courtyard at 4AM. This went on for hours until I notified Nicolas, and it was quickly resolved. Upon leaving, a horrible and crazy Building neighbor yelled at us, and almost needed to call police for harassment. The only suggestion I would have for the apartment would be a deep clean. Bathroom showers had black mold and the vent over stove needs to be cleaned.

Great stay, great location!

We enjoyed this property. It is located on a prime street near many amazing restaurants. It is a bit of a hike to the river and train station but we walked it all! And if you are fairly fit, you will find that the 4 flights of stairs are not such a big deal at all. We only used the lift when we had our luggage or had partaken in too much wine... :) The property itself is a bit smaller than we expected but fit 5 of us easily. The 6th was a bit tricky as that "bed" was actually also the couch and was the only family living space in the apartment so we moved folks around a bit each night, depending on who wanted to stay up later. We at most of our meals out but there are several grocery stores nearby and small cafes serving pastries and smaller meals. We used all of the provided espresso in the apartment - yum! We used the washer (which is VERY small) extensively though we preferred our own detergent, and drying racks which was so convenient. The owner was usually quick to reply and addressed any issues. They even accommodated a last minute stay-extension for us. The only negative is that this property does not allow the thermostat to be set below 22 C, which is a bit warm for our large party, especially after walking through the city for hours on end each day. We found that the actual temperature in the rooms was actually much higher than 22 C so we could be a bit uncomfortable. We took cold showers and used frozen towels to cool down throughout the night which did the trick.

Excellent Stay, Prime Location

Great location near the Duomo in a clean, well-maintained building. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, modern kitchen and updated bathrooms. The view of the Duomo from the window in the larger bedroom is breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this super comfortable, quiet space. Would happily stay here again!

Great Location

We loved the apartment but the checkin for us was horrible. We arrived very late at night and the wifi isn't good if Florence. We couldn't use our phones to get the information. Luckily there were 3 kids walking by and we were able use their wifi. It took about an hour to figure out how to get into the apartment. If we had wifi it wouldn't have been a problem.

Amazing location with great view

When I booked this property I didn't realize how amazing the location would be! If you walk out the door within a few blocks you're right at the Duomo and then the Piazza della Signoria in another few blocks. Basically you're in the heart of everything. Checking in was super smooth, since you do everything before you arrive and they give you the passcodes so you can walk right into the apartment without having to meet anyone. Everything was very clean with plenty of linens provided. While there was a washing machine, it was very tiny, so don't expect to do much laundry. There is no family room, but the kitchen table is big and works well for gathering. The loft space in one bedroom could be used as another sleeping area, but not for an adult as the ceiling is pretty low. We were two couples, so we didn't have a need for it. Overall, I would 100% recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Florence!

Pleasant stay near the Duomo

Our family really enjoyed staying in the Duomo suite! It’s in a perfect location with amazing views! Beds were comfy and clean and there’s a nice little kitchen with a table for the family. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay In Florence!

The apartment has plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but no common area to visit besides a small kitchen. Good location with plenty to do within walking distance. The only real complaint was the AC was turned off when we were not there, so very warm in the apartment when we returned. The hosts were very helpful and responded to questions quickly.

Located so close to the Duomo, and with a cafe across the street! The apartment was very clean, and worked well for our group. The host was easy to contact and the check in was nicely described to us to make it very simple. Would definitely stay here again!
