SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT REVIEWS: Despite what some reviews may suggest, our home is not in Pensacola, FL—though a surprise beach upgrade would be nice! Instead, we’re comfortably settled in land-locked Arkansas, boasting a panoramic river view that might just rival the ocean (okay, minus the salty breeze and seagulls). Unfortunately, VRBO has mistakenly attached reviews from a completely different listing to ours. While we’ve been waiting (rather impatiently) for months for this to be corrected, we appreciate your understanding and invite you to check out real comments from actual guests who’ve enjoyed our home below!

We’ve stayed at this property a few times and have been so impressed. The views are breathtaking and the home is beautiful as well. The beds are so comfy! It’s remote, yet also close to the town of Bull shoals if you need anything.

Great place for a family to enjoy the Bull Shoals area. Very secluded and quiet with amazing views. A bathroom for each bedroom and everything we needed in the kitchen. We will be back when we visit this area again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. We had everything we needed. There was a grocery store, dollar general, and cafe right around the corner. Breakfast at Connie's was great. We will definitely come back and would recommend!!

Booked for 4 nights in April and loved the stay. This home was beautiful and so comfortable with everything we needed. Amazing view from the deck, very comfortable beds and living room furniture, kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook meals. Loved listening to the wind chimes and looking out over the river. Away from it all but under 10 minutes to Bull Shoals. There is a gravel drive, it is well maintained but a hilly area—we had no problems but be aware it might be a little bumpy! Would absolutely stay again.

Great vacation. This is our second time staying at this property and we would stay here every time we visit if it’s available. Home was clean with all of the amenities one would need for a stay away from home. Beautiful views of the white river as well!

This is a gorgeous place and also very homey. The views of the white river are unbeatable We came here for Thanksgiving and brought a ton of stuff because we weren’t sure what they would have, but this place is equipped with TONS of kitchenware. The beds were super comfortable. The whole place was very clean. The host and contact were very, very kind! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place on the river!

We all loved the place and the fact each bedroom had an attached bathroom. Location above the White River had fantastic views from the deck. We would definitely stay again!!

From the refreshing coffee on the deck watching the sun rise over the white river, to sitting on the front porch relaxing as hummingbirds and butterflies flew nearby in the evening, this home provided the perfect getaway. As group cook, I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with spices right at my fingertips, and the gas grill on the deck. The wine and snack basket provided was a special treat!! After one long day of shopping in Branson MO (about an hour away) the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom eased every ache away!! Needless to say, we loved everything about this home away from home.

Perfect place to stay

The location of the property was fantastic as you are a minute walk (or less) to be on the beach. There is a pool and game room for onsite activities as well as a beautiful wrap around deck. The light beach vibe inside makes you feel like you're staying on the beach.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay!! The house was the perfect size for us. It was clean and very comfortable. The game room was great for the kids. The pool was perfect and we all loved the colored lights at night. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of room to sit outside.

The house was in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. A few minutes from lots of restaurants. Game room only accessible from outside. Two outside showers to rinse off sand and ocean water. The pool was great and got lots of use by the grandkids. We would rent this property again. The property managers were very helpful.

The property was as advertised. Across from the beach. Clean. Communication with manager was great. We had a couple issues with the electronic locks, but management came out within 30 minutes to fix. We are already looking at booking again for next year.

Nice house with lots of potential

This property is in a good location, across the street from the beach and easy access to restaurants and shops. The layout is nice and open and the game room is an additional bonus. They are putting in a small pool on the property which caused some disruption to our stay but the owner and property managers followed up appropriately. It will be a nice amenity when complete. The furniture is a bit worn and the beds a bit soft but things are functional. All in all a nice stay.

Grandson first time a beach

The home was so close to the beach which was so nice not to have to drive and access at night.The house suited all our needs few things were broken upon arrival chair ,blinds,pull out game paddles gas was out on grill which i let club know right away wasnt a bother to us by no means just didnt want thinking we did.They supplied plenty of pool and beach toys which was so nice. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet friendly people and easy access by side walk all the way to town If your looking for a nice place to jist kick back relax and enjoy your family id highly recommend oh and the ladies at frint office where just the sweetest.

Great location, all of the exterior doors have issues opening/closing (rubbing door frames). Had an AC issue called the management company and they reacted immediately, problem resolved within 2 hours. We’ve stayed there 2 years straight, we like it, but the doors are an issue, especially with youngsters.

It is so unfortunate to have to give this place a bad review. The property was at a great location. It had great amenities and the house was overall a great fit for us. However, on our second night there we found cockroaches and we continued to find them as our stay progressed. We had them in our suitcases, clothing, bedrooms, bathrooms. It was disgusting. I reached out to the property manager and was told that they had just sprayed and to let them know if we saw anymore. We did, indeed, see quite a few more. When I reached out to let them know, I heard nothing back. I felt very dismissed, as if having cockroaches in the home wasn't a big enough issue for them to care about. We paid a lot of money to stay here. I do not think that bugs in the house is something we should have had to deal with.

TLC Needed

So many things need to be repaired and or replaced. Stove burner out / ice dispenser broken / hole in floor under the couch / mattress in back bedroom and pull out beds were horrible! Couches in game room in terrible condition! Fantastic location and pool!! For what we paid to stay there a week, we were very disappointed with the upkeep of this property.
