- Pet fee: $150 for extra cleaning between guests.
- Up to 3 dogs allowed during your stay.
- No other pets; service animals stay for free.
- Dog weight limit: 65lbs.
- Dogs not allowed on any furniture.
- Dogs must not be alone in the house, even in a crate.
- Up-to-date vaccinations and medications required.
- Wildlife in the area; ensure your dog is trained to interact safely.
- Venomous snakes are present (Copperheads, Timber Rattlesnakes).
- Two barn cats, Clownie and Tigress, work on the property.
- Cats are outdoor-only; pet at your own risk.
