  • Our 2,400 sqft. home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped and comfortably sleeps 9. The open-plan living area features large windows that offer breathtaking views of the lake, as well as a comfortable seating area and 2 dining seating areas. Public boat ramp available, driveway allows for boat parking. The sunroom offers a home office area and two cozy loungers. Foam mattresses in each room, plush linens, K-cups, beach towels, 3 kayaks and 1 canoe.

This place was great - good location and water access - lots of family area space - a large portion of the back area is fenced in if you have smaller children - the Granddaughter caught a few catfish and went swimming - plenty of sleeping space - TV in all rooms and a large assortment of games - will be staying here again

This is an awesome place. Very well stocked. Very clean. The neighborhood looks dicey, but it is very quiet and have never had an issue staying there. Been there 3 times and plan to go back next year.

Jacob was very quick to respond to text and emails. We came to unfortunately attend our sisters funeral. Jacob went above and beyond to make our stay stress free. The house and property were excellent. I have never stayed at a place that was so well equipped, plenty of supplies. THANK YOU, JACOB.!!! I would recommend this VRBO to anyone. The lake is Awesome.

Don't let the neighborhood maintained distract you!! This home is well maintained and the decor is pleasant, comfortable and makes you feel right at home. The accessories are plentiful and well cared for. The lakeside is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, etc; however, I would be cautious with a deep hull boat as the water is pretty shallow. Enjoy the comfort and tranquility.I encourage you to enjoy this location whether you want tranquility, you’re ready to create memories; and try something new!

We did a family men’s retreat for two nights. This was a great location, close to Tyler and not to far from Dallas. (2 guys from Dallas, the rest from Tyler area)Enjoyed swimming in the lake, grilling, and watching studies and movies in living room. There were 7 of them. Jacob(host) responded quickly to all questions. Check in and check out was very easy! Would definitely use it again.

We had such an amazing weekend at this property. The house is beautiful and clean with a splendid lake view. The only downside we had with the property was that there were ant hills in the grass when heading to the lake, but that was beyond the backyard fence so I’m guessing that’s probably public space not private space.

We had an outstanding stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property. The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival and smelled fresh and inviting throughout our stay. It was very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably.The host was fantastic to work with, providing excellent communication before and during our visit. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was seamless.One of our favorite features was the easy access to the water, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the outdoors and take full advantage of the location.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We honestly have nothing negative to say and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Girls trip

This our second time to stay here and it is perfect for us. The house is very well decorated and the layout is perfect. Plenty of everything. We will be back next spring. The neighborhood is very quiet, a little rough in places but nice and quiet.

Excellent stay

The house has been beautifully remodeled and was in a great location. Plenty of space inside and out with a nice dock being built. Jacob was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions. By far one of the best stock places ive stayed with plenty of extra towels, linens, and a stocked kitchen.

Cute house! Grass was tall -would have been nice to at least have a trail to the dock mowed.Contacted the host regarding dirty floors & dusty furniture, dried food on pans put away in cabinet. Host was quick to respond & helpful!!

The home is lovely! Modern, and a great layout! We really enjoyed evenings in the living room and on the porch. Beautiful view of the lake from the sun room/office. Host is very responsive. Comfy beds and furniture. Thank you!

Driving up to the property was a bit scary. We were traveling with all females and the neighborhood didn’t feel safe. Although the houses around were sketchy, no one bothered us. We did hear a gunshot in the middle of the day. The house all around was cute! It was clean, had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. The couches are definitely worn in and could be replaced. We were appreciative that the mowing crew came the second day bc the grass was tall and I didn’t feel safe walking in the high grass to the dock before. Unfortunately it rained and churned up the water so we didn’t get to kayak. The house was appropriately stocked with everything you could need. The floors are a little uneven so my elderly mother did trip a couple of times on them. Over all the house itself is nice but the neighborhood is not at all.

You have just the right vision to create a wonderful getaway place. There’s a lot of attention given to the details & offered within the extras. Plus, the lake property location and access is very nice! We really enjoyed our time there gathering with our Texas family. Happy New Year from North Carolina!
