* **Main Level:** Features a formal living room, dining area, and a game room with a pool table and foosball. This level includes a primary suite (King bed) and a second bedroom (Queen bed), both with private en-suite bathrooms.
* **Upper Level:** Home to three additional bedrooms, including a spacious room with a wet bar, one queen bed, and two queen bunk beds, perfect for larger groups.
* **Lower Level Entertainment Hub:** A self-contained apartment with its own full kitchen and living area. It includes three bedrooms and a professional media room with a large screen and leather recliner seating for seven.
**Kitchen & Dining:**
The main, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. We provide all the pots, pans, and dinnerware you'll need for delicious homemade meals.

Other things to note
* **Seasonal Pool:**
The pool is available seasonally from Memorial Weekend to October 1st. It can be heated for $120 per night. Please be aware that if nighttime temperatures drop below 50°F, the heater may struggle to maintain a comfortable water temperature. We appreciate your understanding.
* **Garbage Disposal:** Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash. Do not throw loose garbage into the cans located in the garage.
* **Check-In/Out:** Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless requested 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.
* **Deliveries/Lost Items:** We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items, nor can we accept packages delivered to the property before or after your stay.
* **Travel Insurance:** We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip.
* **Pets:**
Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!
