« Lodge was very clean, had all amenities that you could possible need. Very honelt, host was amazing, always answered any questions quickly and was very helpful.I would return to this property again »

« A fantastic host with communication from start to finish. The lodge was very clean and tidy apart from a few bits around the bin in the kitchen and the dishwasher still had items left in it (but they were clean)and there were no dishwasher tablets in the box on the side on arrival but it made no difference to us as the only meal we had in the lodge was our breakfast.Plenty of towels supplied beds very comfortable. The lodge has ample parking space at the front. We have stayed in this...

« Lovely modern caravan, well maintained and great communication with the host »

« The caravans has everything you need. »

« Amazing place to stay - rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious, best hotel breakfast. Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome - great place. »

« We stayed for one night during a long trip from the highlands and is the perfect place to stay. The onsite team are extremely friendly and professional. The food is excellent and our room was comfy/clean/ warm and well appointed. The bar is quite popular and is a good place to enjoy a drink and a real bonus is the fleece inn is extremely dog friendly. There is a grass area outside with easy access and places where can dine in the pub with canine companions. Everyone was so friendly particularly...

« nice hotel and good restaurant »

« Only stayed one night as we were seeing a show in town. Room was clean, and we had a sea view. We didn't eat here, but the breakfast looked popular. Near a tram stop, but we walked to and from town, got our steps in! »

« We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

« Magnifique hotel victorien pour un voyage en arriere »

« Location excellent with several parking options nearby. Very good facilities and lovely large reception area to sit in whilst waiting for other members of my party. Receptionist very kind and helpful although noted the low desk and clearly it was not so easy to operate the computer/printer especially during busy periods, »

« No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. »

« The hotel itself was great, my only issue was it was unbearably hot. There is a fan provided in the room which was welcomed, but the window didn't open. I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor. Staff were amazing at breakfast, as a solo traveller with a...
