From here, you can walk to Northern Arizona University, downtown restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local boutiques, all within 10-15 minutes on foot—then return home to the warmth and character of a classic mountain town cottage.

The home includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom. The two bedrooms are connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, with access through either bedroom. Both the full bathroom and the separate powder room feature sliding barn-style doors rather than traditional hinged doors. Guests traveling as a group should review the photos carefully to ensure the layout provides the level of privacy they are seeking.

The kitchen is a favorite feature of many guests and includes a Viking gas range, quality cookware, high-end knives, a Vitamix blender, and a well-stocked coffee and tea station. The dining table seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals together at home.

The living room centers around a gas fireplace—perfect after a day on the trails or the ski slopes. During warmer months, air conditioning provides a welcome amenity not commonly found in many historic Flagstaff homes.

Because the loft is tucked beneath the original roofline, it has low, sloped ceilings and experiences greater temperature fluctuations than the main level. It is intended as a supplemental space rather than a primary living or sleeping area.
