PET POLICY
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after pets outside.
We allow 2 dogs.
No vicious breeds are permitted.
$200 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.

EXTRAS
Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.

HOUSE RULES

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Pets allowed up to two with additional $200 non-refundable pet fee each
Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax IF available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is:
12pm: $100 + tax
1pm: $75 + tax
2pm: $50 + tax
3pm: $35 + tax

The place is wonderful and has many supplies already there. There should be ceiling fans in every bedroom because you can’t open the windows because of the train noise and the air conditioner doesn’t work below 72 which stays much warmer upstairs. Also, it would be nice to have more cushy chairs in the back yard since the house is a five bedroom and you would assume 10 people could be staying there. Other than that, it was wonderful and very accommodating.

Very spacious, clean and ample amenities.. Especially enjoyed the back yard as the weather was perfect with lovely landscaping, a gas fire pit and barbecue , comfortable lounge chairs and a large table for out door family meals. The children loved playing on the faux grass with the corn hole game and mini scare board. A little noisy from a close railroad track and active train and allot of construction occurring near by. But it only bothered those who like to open their windows at night. It was perfect.

We had five adults, three older teens, and a dog. The property was so clean, so spacious, and had a gorgeous fenced in yard. Anything you could think of needing (except food) was there. We used the grill, the fireplace, and the laundry room almost daily. The location was by perfect - easy access to town, NAU, and AZ touristy spots. One of the things I appreciated most was not having a ton to do for check out, just pile the towels, empty the trash, and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Easy! I would 100% recommend this rental and hope to stay there again in the future.

Our daughter got married at a venue just around the corner and we rented this house because it was so close. Amazing home, great back yard for gatherings of corn hole chatting it up and just relaxing drinking coffee in the morning. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Master bedroom closet could be a bedroom alone. We had plenty of space for cards and cooking. Great house!!

This house was amazing. It had everything you could ask for. I'm just sorry we only had three days here. The kitchen had everything we needed. Even the snacks we found on the counter was a welcome surprise. Of course we restocked it with some of our left over snacks. Plenty of room for all my friends.

The house is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. My extender family and I stayed here for a short getaway between christmas and new years and it was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay, very convenient location. House owner was top notch and attentive to details. Everything was clean and spacious for our family gathering. Well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of towels for the bathrooms.

Neighborhood new which was nice and conveniently located to NAU campus. Overall good home. There is a nearby train that can be heard at various times in the night. One of the bedroom sheets were stained at arrival. Blackout shades/curtains recommended to add due to summer light at 5am, kitchen blender would be useful, not enough chairs for large kitchen table to sit all, more dresser space needed.

This was the perfect home to have the family come together and celebrate our graduate! We had 12 people- this house absorbed us all so well! We were close to campus festivities, and quickly came back to the house and prepared all of our meals in the beautiful kitchen!
