- Arizona Snowbowl skiing and snowboarding: about 35 minutes (roughly 18 miles)
- Flagstaff Snow Park tubing at Fort Tuthill: about 20 minutes (book tickets online ahead; they sell out)
- Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Arizona Nordic Village: about 35 minutes
- Snowshoe the Mt. Elden forest trails that start behind the house
- Come back to the 6-person hot tub in the snow, a wood-burning fireplace, the game loft and a washer and dryer for wet gear
- Storm days: 4WD/AWD or chains are recommended for the road up to Snowbowl. No street parking Nov 1 to Apr 1, so plan on 3 vehicles max

Bring the whole group to a 4-bedroom, 2-bath Flagstaff home built for fun. 85 House sleeps 11 and has a third-floor arcade game loft, a 6-person hot tub, central air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace and parking for 3 cars. It sits at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac at the base of Mt. Elden, with forest trails behind the yard. Downtown Flagstaff is 10 minutes away and the Grand Canyon South Rim about 1.5 hours.

THE GAME LOFT
The whole third floor is a private arcade. Shoot pool, play skee-ball and darts, run a foosball tournament, or try to beat the Paperboy high score on the arcade cabinet (it also has Mortal Kombat, Ms. Pac-Man and Terminator 2). A 72-inch TV with Nintendo Switch and lounge seating rounds it out.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
- Primary: king bed with private deck access
- Bedroom 2: queen bed
- Bedroom 3: two adult-rated twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 4: queen bed
- Blackout curtains in every bedroom
- 2 full baths with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and a hair dryer

KITCHEN AND LIVING
A large, modern kitchen with stainless appliances and full cookware, complimentary coffee, tea and popcorn, and an espresso machine. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and smart TV, and there's a second lounge off the kitchen. Don't miss the map wall where guests mark their hometowns.

OUTDOORS
Soak in the 6-person hot tub, swing in a hammock, roast s'mores at the fire pit, and grill on the patio with seating for 10 and Mt. Elden views.

FAMILIES
Pack 'n Play, kids' dishes, books and toys. Babysitter recommendations on request.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Interior walls are thin, so early sleepers will hear late-night loft games.
- No street parking November 1 through April 1 (city rule). The 3-vehicle limit is firm.
- Quiet hours and hot tub close at 10 pm. No parties, events, weddings, smoking or vaping.
- Free early check-in when the house is empty the night before; ask after 7 pm the day before.
