Everything was great! The house and the hot tube were most welcoming. One suggestion would be to replace the can opener and cooking sheets in the kitchen. Also, the board games upstairs need to be organized and possibly replaced.

We did not use the hot tub because we planned other excursions in the area. We ran out of time to enjoy that feature. But did appreciate that one was available.That were great hosts. We loved the home. It was so comfortable and had great amenities. Although it did not have dual thermostats they provided fans to cool the bedrooms upstairs, as heat rises.

We had a fantastic time at Ramesh’s property. The home was exactly as described—clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a day of preparing for our son’s wedding. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. We would definitely return!

The house was great and in excellent condition. Plenty of room for eight of us to spread out all over the house. Convenient for all the restaurants and shopping you need in town and also to get on the interstate to go to attractions in the area. Fresh clean towels and linens made you feel as comfortable as if you were in your home. I'd definitely stay here again.

Family Gathering

We chose this VRBO because it was close to Williams, AZ, where we were going to see the rodeo and catch the train to the Grand Canyon. Everyone loved the hot tub, the gathering area in the back yard around a fire pit, the grill, the large table for us to gather for dinner or games and the younger kids enjoyed the game room. It was a pleasant neighborhood to walk in the morning. It was very clean and welcoming.

Amazing house

We stayed with 2 families, 10 people total. There was plenty of space for everyone and the entire house was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed all of the accommodations. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions. The neighborhood is quaint, lovely to walk around. The backyard space is beautiful. We had no major concerns throughout our stay and really enjoyed it. We would definitely return if we are back in this area.

Spacious big home in a nice neighborhood

Charming residence located in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is spacious and comfortable, featuring an entertaining game room and a lovely backyard with a fire pit. It's just a 30-minute drive to Bearizona and Canyon Coaster, both of which are must-visits for kids. Ramesh was an exceptional host, and we are certainly looking forward to returning for another stay.

Fantastic vacation home away from home

Absolutely one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed. The house was impeccably cleaned, stocked and decorated. They even had extra coffee available, soap/shampoo and bidets in every bathroom. The jacuzzi was wonderful as well as the firepit. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the pac-man game too. It was so nice that they also decorated for the holidays. Ramesh was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Our family had such a fantastic time and will look to re-book with them the next time we are in Flagstaff.

Family weekend in Flagstaff

We came to AZ for a wedding and loved this property. We have a large family and this home accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of beds, a large table to eat together and a patio to sit and relax. We had fun playing pool and creating memories. The house is exactly as described and the owners even had fresh flowers placed in every room for us. I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Flagstaff Vacation Home

The owners of this home are generous and responsive hosts. The home was immaculate and clean. The home has finishes and decor of a model home. The open floor plan was wonderful when our family gathered together. Yet there were enough separate areas to provide everyone with space when needed. The first floor master bedroom suite was perfect for us and greatly appreciated. The 3 upstairs bedrooms plus the recreation room worked well for our family. The outdoor space was delightful. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of sightseeing and travel. The outdoor seating area with the firepit table was comfortable and cozy. Pictures of the yard don't do justice to the space. It is much more private then it appears in the pictures. We were in town for a family wedding having such a nice place to stay was everything!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Upon arrival, you are greeted by pleasant smell, fresh cut flowers, a personal card, and a bottle of wine. The house had adequate beds for our large family. The game room was a perfect hang out. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the weather. Our family loved to take evening walks through the neighborhood to view its charm. The location was central to all of our daily outings. The hosts were great at communicating and responsive to any of our needs. As an avid plant lover, I absolutely loved the live plants throughout the house! I only wish we could have stayed longer as this was just a perfect getaway, and truly felt homey! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

FABULOUS FLAGSTAFF HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into their guests at this home. It is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable! We were 3 sets of parents that needed our own place to stay while our boys competed with their team at the NAU 7 on 7. This home was a wonderful place to unwind at the end of 2 VERY long days! Best of all it was only 7 minutes from NAU! Only drawback was parking but would not have been an issue if we had only had 2 cars! Back porch was wonderful and well furnished, linens were comfy and not crappy hotel grade. The owner EVEN sent a personalized Welcome Card with a bottle of wine! Who does that? Talk about going above and beyond! We ALL highly recommend!

Even better in person!

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful and spacious house in Flagstaff, Arizona. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches and amenities that made our vacation truly unforgettable. The flowers are even more lovely in person and the bottle of wine was an unexpected but appreciated surprise. The loft room became a hub of excitement for our teens, who spent countless hours enjoying the pool table and arcade games. My husband enjoyed his morning runs through the beautiful neighborhood. And for all of us, the hot tub provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. With a fully stocked kitchen and typical household items that we would have assumed that we needed to purchase ourselves (laundry detergent, condiments, coffee pods, etc), every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the house's prime location served as an excellent base for our adventures in the surrounding area. From the Grand Canyon to Sedona, we found ourselves within easy reach of many amazing day trips. This house provided the perfect home away from home for our family. We are immensely grateful for the memories we created here and highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and adventure in Flagstaff. Convenient and enjoyable location

I stayed at this property with my wife and three kids as well as grandparents and my wife's family which included a 3year old and 3 month old. The house was comfortable for everyone. Grandparents stayed in the first floor bedroom so that they didn't have to go up the stairs which was a challenge at their age. The property was close to downtown and a short drive to Bearizona which was nice to take the kids to. Ramesh was extremely fast with his responses and very accommodating. The wives were all very happy with the fresh flowers and tasty bottled beverage waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you

Ski weekend

Our group consisted of two moms and 4 teenage boys staying for a ski weekend. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood and close enough to the stores and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and modern in look. It had enough room all of us and had a game room which was key for the boys to hang out in after skiing. We were glad to be able to park in the two car garage since it snowed while we were there. We would come back to this place again.

Family/friends winter weekend getaway

We live in Phoenix but like a spend a weekend up in the mountains every winter with our friends so our kids can play in the snow. This house was perfect! So cozy and comfortable and the kids loved the game room and the hot tub was an extra special treat! The host was very friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time! Would stay here again.
