*This property is not equipped with central A/C. A mini-split A/C unit is available in the primary bedroom for added comfort. The home does have central heating to keep you warm and comfortable during the winter months.*

Guests have access to the entire home except a few hallway closets for keeping supplies

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus a $75 processing fee.*
- Extended Stays: Cleaning fees will be doubled for stays of 10 nights or longer.
- Respect the Home: Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with respect and care throughout your stay.
- Hot Tub: We kindly ask that all guests shower before using the hot tub. A $100 fee may apply if the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to misuse.
- No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
- No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
