*8 Adults Max unless previously agreed upon in writing.
1) NO TRESPASSING: Surrounding areas are residents yards, not open forest. This includes the area behind and on sides of property fence, and the play yard next door. Note the property stakes and signs when building your snowman. Hill to right of driveway is neighbor's property. NEIGHBORS WILL CALL THE POLICE.
2) NO PARTIES - This includes any outside guests not on reservation without permission.
3) NO PETS
4) No Smoking of any kind inside the house or on the upper deck. BE MINDFUL OF DRY SEASON AND THE POSSIBILITY OF STARTING A FIRE! NO BUTTS ON GROUND!
5) Pick up all garbage outside (including cigarette butts).
6) Be courteous to the neighbors. They live here.
7) Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
8) Dark Sky Ordinance: Close blinds at sunset-nighttime. At bedtime turn off front porch light, back porch lights, and outside. garage lights. The string lights are solar so no need to turn off.
9) Do not leave sliders open – squirrels like to come in and visit.
10) No ski boots in house.
11) No climbing on fence. It will bow. Any damage will incur a minimum of $250 fee for repair.
12) NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING NOV 1-April 1st (only room for a 2-4 cars in garage/driveway so consider carpool)
13) NO Glitter or Confetti. Use will incur extra cleaning charge of $150.
13) NO Bitcoin mining.
14) Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
