You will love cooking in the gorgeous kitchen with plenty of room to move around and make memories cooking family meals!
This is a mid-century built split level home with 2 bedrooms and all common spaces on the upper level. The lower level has 1 bedroom, a 3/4 bathroom, and bonus room.
The bedrooms/sleeping spaces consist of: Upper level of home - Master bedroom w/ ensuite; 1 King bed - Second bedroom; 1 Full sized bed
Lower level of home - Third bedroom; 1 King bed - Bonus room; Twin sized bunk bed and twin sized trundle bed (4 twin beds total)
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with ample space for your items. It also has it`s own ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a recently remodeled shower.
The second bedroom, has a full-sized bed and good views out the front of the house.
The third bedroom downstairs has a king bed, couch and table/desk.
The fourth bedroom is set up has a multi use room. It has a TV with a PlayStation (the original, old school, #1) console. There is a trundle bed, as well as twin sized bunk bed (4 twin beds total). There is a wood burning fireplace in this room and a door with access outside to the front of the house. There is no interior door or closet, so it`s not a true `bedroom`, but it does have a dresser for clothing storage. This room is perfect for the kids!
This home has PLENTY of outdoor deck space on the huge wraparound deck! Enjoy the BBQ grill and eating outside. Watch golfers sink puts and drive balls. You might even catch a glimpse of Mt. Elden depending on the time of the year and the trees.
If you`re looking to golf, the club house is less than 5 minutes away!
If you want to get out and explore, there is easy access to nearby Campbell Mesa Trail, and Walnut Canyon. You will also be near restaurants, shopping, and downtown. Use this house as your launching point to explore Flagstaff and Northern AZ!!!
Snowbowl (40 min), Grand Canyon (1 hour and 20 min to Park Entrance), Sunset Crater (25 min), and many hiking and biking trails!
Guests will have access to the entire home except some locked closets and cabinets.
We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well.

We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.

Continental Country Club is one of Flagstaff’s premier neighborhoods with mostly older quality designed single family homes. The neighborhood has convenient access to restaurants, groceries, and Continental Golf Club amenities (some require membership). This neighborhood is great for families that just want to get away and relax. Continental Country Club is also perfect for the guests that will be on the move because you can easily access trails and major highways for adventures near and far.
Continental Country Club is located in the Eastern portion of Flagstaff, convenient to I40 (west to Williams and the Grand Canyon, and east to Winslow), Highway 89 (North to Sunset Crater, Lake Powell, North Rim of Grand Canyon, and South to Sedona and Verde Valley), as well as Highway 180 to Snowbowl. NAU campus lies to the West about 7 miles (10 minutes). Fort Tuthill County Park (Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, Bike Park, Pepsi Amphitheater, Overland Expo, Rodeo, County Fair, etc.) is located to the west about 10 miles (12 minutes), and Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is just across the I17 (Freeway to/from Phoenix) from Ft. Tuthill County Park.
When you stay here, you will want a vehicle to get around. Guests will have 4 off-street parking spaces in the drive-way, two of which are under a carport.
After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.
We collect the following information during registration; All adult guests: Names Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID Vehicle information
As is the case with most mountain homes, this home does not have central air conditioning. It does however have one portable unit that we set up in the living room area. It does stay cooler in the lower level due to being partially below grade. There are also many fans throughout the house.
City Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. There are off-street parking spaces available, but please try to utilize the driveway only. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our house rules, the presence of exterior cameras, and to complete our guest registration.
If you are bringing a dog, it must be on the reservation so the pet fee is included in your total. You can add pets under guests.
A $300 security deposit hold will be paced on your card a few days prior to your check-out date. This hold will be released, less any incidentals, if any, about 4 days after your check-out.
Cancellation fee is $100
When you book, please tell us a little bit about the reason for your visit. We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read :D
#1 – Shoes Off • We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!
#2 – Pets • Dogs are allowed if they are on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on beds, furniture, or upstairs. * Service animals are allowed. We would appreciate a heads up if you are bringing a service animal so we can prepare the cleaning team and prepare for the extra costs. NOTICE: Emotional Support animals are not Service animals.
#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use • Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests • Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 – No Parties • Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!
#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes • If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!
#7 - Check Out is 10AM • Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.
#8 - Lights and Electronics • We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.

We had a great stay, enjoyed the living area and kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The stairs were an oversight on our part, which was hard for our parents to utilize but overall happy with this house.

The home was clean and in a quiet neighbored (very much appreciated). This is a great home to rent and use a as a base camp. Deck over garage a nice place to relax outside. About 15 minutes to downtown flagstaff so a good location as well. Would recommend.

The house was a great size for 6 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped. The property is in a very nice area close enough to downtown, Walnut Canyon, etc. Everything about the stay was smooth and easy. Great communication from the hosts.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
This home was exactly what we wanted for a cozy cabin in one of our favorite cities. Only 15 minutes from downtown and in such a peaceful neighborhood. We were lucky to get snow during our stay which made it even more perfect! The home is the best stocked vacation rental I've ever been in with every kitchen amenity and tons of extra linens. We had our young kids with us and the house was great with bunk beds and open floorplan. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

Even though the house is old there were upgrades in the kitchen that were well appreciated. Check-in and all responses with the hosts were excellent and timely. The kitchen and linen supplies (all supplies) were better than any rental we ever had. The main living area is very comfy and cozy!We prefer central ac and less stairs but we managed once we got used to it and then we were gifted a second ac unit. Much appreciated!!!!We’d definitely rent this house again. A very special shout out to our hosts.

Winter Getaway
The property was a perfect getaway with a split floorplan. The property provides great views, we excellent host communication, and many amenities.
The extra touches from the host and cleaning staff are noticed and well received With the exception of mother nature's power outage, we enjoyed the stay, exploring out a little into the snow on the property and cooking together in the well equipped kitchen. We have already recommended this home to our family and friends.
