BRING YOUR BOAT

Guests may use the community boat slip during their stay. Spend the day fishing, cruising the Intracoastal Waterway, or exploring Northeast Florida by water.



One watercraft may be docked with proof of current registration and insurance. Insurance must list the homeowner and/or HOA as additionally insured. Boat trailers cannot be stored onsite.

The second-floor primary suite features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, and ocean views. Two additional second-floor bedrooms each offer queen beds and Smart TVs, with one featuring shared en-suite access. A queen sleeper sofa with mattress topper on the first floor provides additional sleeping space.



With 3.5 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, and garage access, the home offers the conveniences that matter most during an extended stay.

MONTHLY RENTAL NEAR FLAGLER BEACH – 28-NIGHT MINIMUM

Sunset Inlet Luxury Oasis is available exclusively for stays of 28 nights or longer. For longer stays, you'll have the best of both worlds—a peaceful coastal setting to call home with Flagler Beach, Palm Coast, shopping, dining, outdoor recreation, and everyday conveniences within easy reach. Whether you're here for a seasonal escape, working remotely, relocating, or simply spending a month by the sea, Sunset Inlet offers a comfortable home base for enjoying the area at your own pace.



A short HOA application is required and must be submitted with at least seven days' advance notice. The necessary paperwork will be provided with your reservation.



DOG FRIENDLY

One small, housebroken dog under 30 pounds is welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs exceeding the weight limit require prior approval.



Guests traveling with a dog must complete the required paperwork and acknowledge the community's pet rules prior to arrival. Per HOA restrictions, Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or mixes), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Presa Canarios are not permitted.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

The home includes garage access, free WiFi, washer and dryer, bicycles, charcoal grill, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and free parking for up to three vehicles.



RVs, trailers, and work trucks may not be parked onsite or in the driveway.



A starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and other essentials is provided upon arrival.

NOTE: BEACH NOURISHMENT PROJECT

A coastal restoration project is expected to potentially start in late November 2026. Construction equipment, noise, and temporary beach access restrictions may occur during your stay. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that this activity may take place.

THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: No parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of neighbors.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
