The dining room, living room, and family room all open up to a spacious deck that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. A private walkover leads you directly to the secluded Flagler Beach, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a stroll along the shore.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
- First floor includes 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds, perfect for kids.
- Garage features a game area with pool and ping pong tables, along with a TV for entertainment.
- Full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor.
- Second floor hosts the fully stocked kitchen, living room, family room, and dining area that seats 10.
- Access to a large outside deck with private beach access and an outdoor shower.
- Laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, and wash sink.
- Full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the second floor.
- Third floor contains 3 bedrooms, including the master suite.
- Guest bedrooms feature queen-size beds and smart TVs.
- Master bedroom offers a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, featuring a jacuzzi bathtub with jets and a double sink vanity.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
