Beach Front Condo in the most amazing Pet friendly Beach: wake up looking at the ocean from the living room or patio or just enjoy the sunsets from there too, Small Dog Friendly (25 pounds max/up to 2 dogs, pet fee $150 per dog for the length of the stay), Free WiFi. Beach front and an easy walk to Gamble Rodgers State Park or North Peninsula State Park. Bike to Downtown Flagler Beach.1 King Size bed bedroom2 Queen sizes bedroom1 full size Sleep sofa at the Livingroom2 full bathrooms, Living room over looking the Ocean. Full equipment kitchen, Full Size Dinning room, Work desk area. Extra Large patio over looking the Ocean. In addition to this the development has a pool, tennis court, BBQ grills, shuffle board, and ample parking.

The parking area is on the back of the building, you can take any space you need. About the area:5 mins from Flagler Beach Downtown.15 mins from Ormond Beach Downtown.45 from San Augustine Downtown.1.5 hours from Disney World (Not during rush hours)

The pool is being refurbished all January 2023. After that is going to be like a brand new pool.

We’ve stayed in this complex several times. And this is our second time in this unit. Love the location and the additional space on the patio. It is really close to the pool and the beach. No stairs to navigate with beach chairs and other items. Just walk out the back patio and enjoy the beach or hang out poolside

Beautiful Condo at Flagler Beach

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was just how it was pictured. Beautiful view of the ocean. Condo was very clean and fresh smelling, didn't smell like walking into a motel. Beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed several times and never been disappointed! The beach is just across the road, with multiple access points within a short walk. The rooms are good size, beds are comfortable, living room is spacious with tv. Patio is large and has enough chairs for the whole family.

This condo needs some repairs and updating. The sink in the kitchen is very loose. Most of the vertical blind slats are missing on most windows. I had to place towels over the master bedroom window. I could not find any extra sheets or blankets. The bedspreads are very old and dirty. The patio furniture, beach chairs, and beach toys are old and rusted. That was ok as we didn’t need to use them. The bathrooms need some attention. The water in the master bath shower is very slow to come out. There could be better instructions to use tv. A tv in the master bedroom would be nice! The mattress’s are old and uncomfortable specifically in the spare bedroom. The condo is great as far as convenience to beach and the pool. I doubt I would stay there again.

Perfect location, quiet laid back atmosphere. Kitchen is well equipped, layout of the condo was nice. The main bedroom was missing multiple verticals blind slats so there was no privacy and the light came through bright and early. Listing stated a hair drier but there was not one. Main shower tile was full of mildew and moldy but the rest of the bathroom was clean. Very dusty throughout. Despite the cleanliness of the condo it was perfect for our family with young kids and location was great. Hope the owner will read the feedback and manage a few of the issues. We would love to stay here again.

Family vacation

Spent the whole week with my family at this condo location. It was very clean and comfortable. Had the corner Apartment and the view was excellent....beautiful sunrises. Loved the pool. I would highly recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

Exactly What I Wanted

I stayed for a week with my husband, brother-in-law, and our dogs. We all left saying the same thing - this was the best condo in OBC we've stayed in and will definitely re-book. Maria was quick to communicate with us, the photos are exactly what you get in person, the place was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for us all ... and I could go on, but I'll stop. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Flagler.

Very clean

The condo was very clean, the kitchen is small but worked the king bed wasn’t very comfortable, the dryer keep cutting itself off and we had to keep turning it back on to get things dry, the view was awesome loved being so close to the beach everyone was very friendly we met, pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great location and condo

Really had a great time staying here, and marked it on my list to do it again. We liked the location because it was a little away from the pier so you don't have all the cars and people. But it was only a couple of miles to get there for all the reasturants. Beach was just across A1A. Great view of the ocean from our patio. Would highly recommend.

A step above the rest

Condo was everything described and more. Fully equipped with everything We needed. Furnishings in excellent condition, comfortable beds and bedding. Great location with easy beach access. Pool was beautiful and very clean as well. Property professionally cleaned and maintained. Easy in and out parking. Short distance to everything. Maria was very responsive from booking on. Easy to get in touch with and answered all Our questions. Most perfect trip, will be booking again soon.
