I therefore tried to contact the hotel to receive an invoice for this amount.
The hotel representative I spoke with, who was very unfriendly, refused to address the issue and referred me to Expedia without explaining the reason for this charge, telling me to contact Expedia for an explanation and to receive the invoiceâwhich is inappropriate and unacceptable given the situation.
I find this very dishonest and am losing confidence in Sheraton and Hotels.com!
