« Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....

« We had a wonderful stay at Zahir's retreat in North Arm Cove. The house was clean, all the amenities worked perfectly, and it was very comfortable for our group. One of the highlights was spotting a pod of dolphins in the bay one morning. A fantastic 4-bedroom retreat that we'd happily stay at again! »

« Good location… we were greeted by approximately 25 dead cockroaches..screen door lock on front door could do with some attention. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Would book again. »

« Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. Already on guard when entering the unit, it didn’t seem clean. Maybe as left by the previous guest with the bed made and fresh towels. On checking we noted that there was plenty of coffee pods but no espresso...

« Location perfect, house was lovely. Beds fantastic. Was not a modern home but it was perfect for our families. The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that. Please don’t let the previous reviews stop you from booking. We had a great holiday. »

« The location and access of this property is great. There are some maintenance issues. Sink in bathroom needs unclogging, microwave doesn't work and needs replacing, and hairdryer needs replacing. »

« House is MASSIVE and perfect for families with teenagers. Downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, laundry and teens tv lounge. Upstairs open plan, modern furniture, bright outlook onto 8 seater dining/bbq area. Excellent lighting throughout the property. Amazing view of the sea and Tomaree. Quite spectacular observing the massive storm roll in, although 22 hour powercut not so great! Master bedroom is ENORMOUS…walk-in wardrobe, bathroom & separate toilet. Little bridge walkway back into...

« The property is conveniently located close to the beach and is a good size, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for the whole family. The secure backyard was a great bonus for our pet, and the top deck was a lovely feature for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The kitchen was tidy and neatly arranged.Unfortunately, cleanliness in certain areas of the house was not up to our expectations.
