Phenomenal communication with the Host. The coffee and wine upon arrival was a great touch! We loved the live oak tree in the back yard and the many species of birds and the deer walking nearby too! « First impression the place was not tidy. The lawn needed to be mowed. There were toys left about, and the trash bin was overflowing.The house was nice enough, but needs some upkeep and basic maintenance work done. Outlets didn’t work in one of the bedrooms , paneling coming off the wall in the bathroom by the tub. Shower door missing in the other bathroom, nasty shower mat, towel bar coming off the wall , no clean sponge or trash bags. Besides a few minor issues, we had a wonderful time and ...

« Cabin was clean and comfortable. All communication was indirect and electronic. Yosemite Valley was 35 miles away, good location. We enjoyed the fireplace and the setting overlooking the river. Cabin had a nice porch area. Safe area. »

« Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor living spaces were both luxurious and relaxing.Ivy was fantastic to work with. She was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
