« La diversité des produits et le timing car il n’y a pas assez de nourriture. Tout est au compte goutte. Nous sommes obligés de constamment de leur demander de réactualiser le Comptoir et pour finir la place c’est très difficile de pouvoir s’installer, il n’y a pas assez de place pour les clients qui veulent déjeuner le matin. »

« The room is not renovated like in the photos. We took the suite for that reason, but don't waste your money, it's nothing more than extra flooring. Everything is ruined, mirror broken, the bathroom door doesn't close, the handle is so disgusting that we had to put a towel on it to touch it, the sink only gives hot water, we had ants, in short, a place to forget. The positive note is the very courteous staff and the beds which are very comfortable. »

« the food in the hotel restaurant was poorly prepared tasteless, cold and uneatable
When brought to the attention of the new Beverage Manager treated us to dinner turned out to be another catastrophe. Filet Mignon gray in color cold and sent back falafel was probably frozen and came out uneatable .
We were told Executive chef was out for 2 days
