« The main floor kitchen, dining and living areas are great and beautifully updated! The backyard is small and tightly closed in by neighboring houses. We enjoyed the deck. The upstairs bedrooms and baths were nice and comfortable. Doors and some bedroom walls need painting, and screens were missing from some windows. The exterior of the house needs attention - it doesn't reflect the interior at all. The host was very responsive. »

« This location was great for visiting family in south Boulder. Generally welcoming and comfortable environment but for two older adults (over 70) the bed was a little low for us. Yes, I know, more PT could help! It would also help to have instructions on using the television. »

« Michael and Susan were the most amazing hosts. They truly thought of everything to provide ease and convenience for their guests. The stay was cozy but had enough room for all of us to spread out comfortably. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with great communication and help along the way. The beds were spacious and comfortable and they were generous enough to provide toiletries for us all. They earn my highest recommendation for quiet a stay in the area. »

« This property suited our needs. We had 10 adults and 6 children. The home was well stocked with supplies along with additional "bonus items" that the owners graciously supplied. The listing said 8 bedrooms, but there were only 6. (Not a big deal for our group). Kids loved the backyard play area, and hot tub. Irene was always helpful and cared about our comfort. Great property. »

« First, the condo was very clean and presented well. Our family of grown kids, spouses, and grandchildren stayed there together and the four bedrooms perfectly met our needs. We each had enough private space, and the added basement bedroom with extra living space/bathroom allowed us all to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, and the showers all had complimentary toiletries. It made for a nice family weekend as we celebrated a family wedding. »

« My son had his bachelor party trip and stayed here with friends. Plenty of space for all of the guys. Nice backyard but definitely surrounded by many close homes. They had a great time on their trip and he even got to go to Estes Park a couple of times. It was an easy location and easy check in. Coffee maker was broken but no other major issues. They had an absolute blast and enjoyed watching movies in the theater also. Thanks for the stay! »

« The front desk staff was very nice and accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen staff attended to all customers very well. Just be mindful of the bus tours that do come through During the summer months. I’d say the only downfall was there is no Jacuzzi And the dryer times out after 30 minutes. But I would stay here again because the house staff were extremely polite and attentive. »
