Outside the flat you will find a refreshing chlorine pool, which measures 10 x 4 metres and has a depth of 0.90 to 2 metres. Next to it you can sunbathe on the sun loungers or enjoy a delicious barbecue in the outdoor dining area. Please note that privacy is partial. As the owner lives upstairs.

The ground floor flat offers a simple and cosy style. The air-conditioned living/dining room with Smart TV with satellite channels is open to the kitchen with ceramic hob. In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms: the first one with a double bed and a ceiling fan; the second one with a single bed and a double bed; and the last one with two single beds and a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Please note that these two bedrooms do not have windows, but receive light from the living room through the sliding glass doors. There is another bathroom with a shower in the accommodation. A washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby, complete the accommodation.

The property is located in a quiet urbanization on the outskirts of Finestrat where you will find all the necessary services for your stay. This Costa Blanca village is located at the foot of the mountains and offers a nice walk through its streets. Cala Finestrat, which is only 5.2 km away, is a lovely beach of fine sand and crystalline waters with all the services.
