« Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! « Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. That being said, it was a very wonderful stay »

« Clean property for sure. It had toys for beach and chairs. Well stocked in that regard. One bedroom is up on a loft. There is a nice back yard, but beware, has pear tree and the bees love it in the summer! Would stay again. Location was fairly convenient, took about 30 minutes to get Downtown by walking. Much shorter drive, obviously. »

« This an adorable and comfy house. We enjoyed our stay there immensely. The lake view was amazing. Communication with our host was very good, he was very responsive. »

« Clean and cozy house that was perfect for my family of six. Host was easy to work with and communicated information clearly and promptly. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again! »

« The house was located in a great location in Bemis Point. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Very spacious, clean accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. The porch was a perfect place to hang out on a beautiful fall day. Can't wait for an opportunity to make a return visit! »
