The living space is both inviting and functional, featuring a corner sofa and an armchair arranged around a lounge with a Smart TV for entertainment. The dining hall is equipped with a table and six chairs, creating a perfect setting for family meals. For younger guests, there’s a children’s chill-out room located on the ground floor, also fitted with a Smart TV. Throughout the home, gas central heating provides warmth and comfort.

The modern kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, boasting an electric Aga and hob, a fridge, a separate freezer, a washing machine, and a microwave—ideal for preparing family meals.
