Inside, the stylishly furnished two-storey holiday home offers space for 2 to 6 people. The spacious living and dining room on the ground floor, with a fireplace for cosy evenings, invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, gas/electric cooker and washing machine makes self-catering easy. On the upper floor, three air-conditioned bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, two of them have access to the balcony and the third has a queen-size bed. A modern bathroom with shower and WC completes the offer.

The outdoor area is an oasis of tranquillity. The garden, with its well-tended lawn and a variety of green plants, is the ideal place to relax. The large terrace, equipped with a pergola and barbecue fireplace, invites you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings under the stars.

Located just 5 km north of Fethiye, the house is just a short walk from Çalis Beach with its long promenade, fine sand and shingle beach and the azure sea. Our three garden-furnished houses are located side by side. Each house has a separate entrance as well as a large terrace and balcony. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a centrally located yet शांत and peaceful environment.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a toilet, and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a gas/electric stove.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 9 guests. Satellite TV is available in the rooms.
The property is located 900 meters from Çalış Beach. Supermarkets, ATMs (A101, Şok, BİM, Migros), restaurants, the weekly local market, an aqua park, and a children’s playground are all very close by.
