Two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and nobody drawing the short straw. This Silver Rock condo is an easy win for families and friends travelling together, with a big dining table for shared meals and a stone gas fireplace for the slow evenings after. Downtown dinners and mountain days are both only minutes away. In between, swim in the indoor pool, warm up in the steam room or soak in the outdoor hot tub, then head upstairs and do it all again tomorrow.

Bring the family, bring the friends. This third-floor condo sits on the quiet side of the building and is set up so everyone has their own space to sleep and a shared one to gather.

Step inside and the kitchen is on your right, set up for real cooking with full-size appliances, a coffee maker and kettle, plus dishes, cutlery and cookware for everyone. The cupboard is stocked with oil, salt, pepper and locally roasted coffee beans. Just beyond, the dining table seats four and doubles as your laptop spot when work tags along.

The living room opens up past the dining area, built around a stone-faced gas fireplace, with a TV with standard cable for movie nights. A glass door leads out to your private balcony, with a natural gas BBQ and a quiet spot for morning coffee.

The primary bedroom is the bigger of the two, with a queen bed, hotel-quality linens and an en-suite with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the second full bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo, is close by. Both bathrooms have towels, hand soap and 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash, and there’s a hair dryer for the unit. An in-suite washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating round things out.

Whether it’s a family ski week, a summer trail trip or a long weekend with friends, this is the kind of place everyone’s happy to come back to.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. As a Silver Rock guest, you'll also have access to the building's pool (open as early as 6am), hot tub, steam room, and small gym, plus underground parking and a ski locker (bring your own lock - or reach out and rent one from us). Please note, the communal areas at Silver Rock are all subject to closures at any time, sometimes without notice, due to various circumstances.

We've partnered with two local trusted companies to enhance your stay: StayIn, offering 24/7 online guest services, and Beyondbnb, providing dedicated support throughout your visit.

Once your stay is confirmed, we'll email you a secure link to your personalised StayIn guest guide, which sits outside of Vrbo. It has your check-in and check-out details, reservation, parking and property info, plus the option to accept or decline our damage waiver (see below). The code will be visible five minutes before your scheduled check-in time. If you won’t have internet access at check-in, please message us in advance so we can make other arrangements.

Accidents happen, right? Upgrade your Vrbo coverage with our optional damage waiver. For a small fee, you're covered for up to CA$1,000 in accidental damage, like lost keys, broken dishes, stains and scuffs. Opt in or out via your StayIn guest guide. If you skip it, you're responsible for any damage. It doesn't cover damage caused by any animal, intentional damage, negligence or extra cleaning.

Guests are responsible for the cost of lost keys and/or fobs, extra cleaning or damage, including carpet steam cleaning, linens stained beyond recovery, and costs incurred by unauthorised late checkouts.
