First off we stayed a couple days and we asked the cleaner n the front desk when we left to clean room n put fresh towels but we came back to nothing done. Pool was great but jacuzzi didn’t turn on and wasn’t as clean. Breakfast ladies very kind and it was great choices. We definitely coming back to this again hoping we get a better experience than. »

« Shady staff. Refused to give receipt and charge extra for people in room apparently 2 to a room and 2 beds is still an extra charge. Avoid at all cost. Expedia you should end your relationship with the palms , they are terrible. »

« Clerk was on personal phone call when I was trying to check in and was rude. No elevator, no sitting area where the check in desk was, sleazy part of town, room floor had a sort of film on it (like the soap wasn’t cleaned off completely), and generally not clean. »
