Fenwick Island Water slide is one block; go-karts are one block; video games are one block, with local streets having dead ends to traffic roads. The main living space is located on the home's second floor, featuring an open floor plan seamlessly combining the living and dining areas and kitchen. The living room offers comfortable sofas and a TV with cable. The open kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-up. Access to the large wraparound balcony, furnished with an outdoor dining area, gas grill, and lounge area. This floor also hosts a washer/dryer. The first-floor living space has a sofa and TV, popcorn and coffee station, stand-up arcade games, a board game table that seats eight, and a mini-fridge for beverages.
