Fenland : Chalets

« Very poor weather, which can't be helped, however having no TV or internet or swimming pool for two days was a problem. Trying to turn on the TV we found we had to use our own roaming service with very poor reception and excessive costs, when the owners were asked I was told they couldn't access the internet, however reception said there was no problem with reception they just didn't wish to pay site charges. »

« Lovely luxurious lodge. Bright and airy. The view is beautiful. Great little hot tub. Would definitely stay again. The site facilities were great. The lodge although clean on the surface definitely needs a deep clean. The cooker hood was very dusty, maybe from the ongoing building works but covered in a thick layer of dust. Also the pillows have no protective covers. Unfortunately the bathroom attached to the master bedroom has a leak and the door frame and carpet badly damaged. I did flag...

« The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the host was helpful. The site was clean and quiet and family friendly. We didn't use the site facilities as we didn't realise until after booking that there would be extra costs involved. However, we had a very enjoyable holiday. »

« This is an extremely cramped static home site, they are extremely tightly packed on so you can literally hear the conversations from various other statics all around you, it was noisy early morning and evenings. We were there working at a local event so fortunately only spent very little time ther over the weekend, also we were moved from our original booking into another one which looked very different to our booked one. We will not be returning! »
