« This property is perfect if your looking for a reasonably priced stay that is located directly on the water. We stayed in cottage#2 and the place has been recently renovated with very comfy beds and ac in every rm. If you want to pay 3 star prices but want 5 star amenities this place isn't for you but your okay with 3 star value this place hits it out of the park. note swimming is an issue with all the weeds »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Bobcaygeon Resort. We had the smallest cabin but it was so incredibly clean and full of everything you would need! The atmosphere was so family oriented and the water toys and evening fires along with beautiful views and friendly quests. We can't say enough about this resort! Definitely going to make it a yearly event!! »

« Great property, great location. Everything was exactly as advertised. Will definitely be returning. Host is very nice and although only living steps away from the cottage is very mindful and respectful of privacy. I will note, after reading some of the reviews here I was worried about cleanliness, however that was not an issue at all, everything was very clean and we saw no problems with this property »

« Everything was as described in the listing, lots of space and room. The owner was phenomenal, kept communicating with us to ensure wer alright and didn't need anything. The kids had lots of fun from playing board games, using the jacuzzi to swimming ( beach is about 5 min away). Over all it was great. »

« Very clean and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. Had a really great time with our friends. Would definitely recommend for a simple and very quiet getaway! « The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. « The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning.
