The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. « Hotel is very nice, but very long walk from parking garage to hotel. Great if you are attending an event. My disappointment has to do with stocking coffee in room. Only one serving of coffee. Had to go to front desk to get coffee for next morning. »

« The interior of the small apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable, however; the mattress needs to be replaced. We knew it was a double bed, but rolling into each other made for a bad night's sleep which was aggravated by the amazing number of dump trucks who ground through their gears rounding the corner of Route 7. On the other hand, after I asked for a hot plate so I could boil some water for dinner, the host provided us with a pot, steamer, and wonderful hot plate that worked...
