Our TWO living room spaces are ready to entertain with a large Smart TV, tons of board games, an air hockey table, plush sectional seating, and a working gas fireplace. Invite the crew over for a home-cooked meal in our kitchen with all new appliances and amenities!

Head just 4 miles down the road for some Razorback football or take a tour of the University of Arkansas campus! An excellent central location when visiting all of Northwest Arkansas!



Our newly decorated, solar powered home is located in a friendly neighborhood with walking trails and quick access to both the University of Arkansas and all Fayetteville has to offer! With room for 10 guests, our home is perfect for you and your crew to enjoy NWA.



Inside the front door, you'll be greeted by both of our living spaces. To the left, a bright, sunny room with an extensive selection of board games (in the closet), an air hockey table, and a desk space for catching up on some work if needed. Straight ahead, you'll find our main living room, which is perfect for enjoying conversation with friends, snuggling up to watch a movie on the large Smart TV, or diving into a good book. Through the back door in our living room, you'll access our fully furnished outdoor seating area with BBQ grill. Here, you'll also have access to our fenced in backyard with a play swing set - perfect for the kiddos!



Off the living room, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, featuring a Smart refrigerator plus all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking and making that perfect cup of coffee. Our six-person dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal or take out!



At the end of the night, choose from one of our FOUR bedrooms:

(1) Our Master bedroom which is located on the main level of our home. Complete with a King bed, Smart TV, black out curtains, and an en suite bath with jacuzzi tub.

(2) Upstairs, you'll find another King size bedroom with large desk space, closet, and black out curtains.

(3) Our second upstairs bedroom is home to a Queen bed & Twin bed and features direct access to the upstairs bathroom.

(4) Our third upstairs bedroom is host to two Full beds, a dresser, closet and direct access to the upstairs bathroom.



Hop in the car or on your bike for a quick ride to all Fayetteville has to offer OR cuddle up on the couch by the fireplace for a nice evening in. The choice is yours!



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (excluding the garage), all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
