Step into a cozy blend of nostalgia and boho charm in this fully furnished 2BR/2BA quadplex unit—perfect for short or extended stays. Thoughtfully styled with vintage comic art and eclectic touches, this space offers a warm, welcoming vibe that feels like home. Located just 10 minutes from Cross Creek Mall and moments from the shops and restaurants of Ramsey Street, you’ll enjoy both comfort and convenience. The unit features two queen beds, three Smart TVs, high-speed internet, and full-sized appliances—including in-unit laundry. Cook with ease using cookware, dishware, and utensils for four. Parking is located near the mailboxes for easy access. Whether you're relaxing or exploring, this space is your nostalgic retreat with a modern twist.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. There is a $15 processing fee with the deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.

Tucked into a quiet quadplex, this nostalgic getaway is thoughtfully decorated with retro comic art and playful pops of color, giving you that warm, throwback feeling the moment you walk in. Inside, you'll find a welcoming living space, a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, and a modern top-loading washer and dryer. Both bedrooms feature comfy queen-sized beds, with the primary suite offering a private bathroom and dresser for extra comfort. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and comes stocked with fresh linens, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup remover wipes—everything you need for a worry-free stay. Step outside to enjoy the newly updated deck, complete with a bistro table and chairs—perfect for sipping coffee on crisp mornings or unwinding with a good book as the sun sets. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, The Homeplace Abode is your cozy, memory-filled home away from home.

NO Events, No Parties, No Unapproved Guests!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund.

For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.

We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don't forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions.

Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.

1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

*Guest Access*

Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The Yale smart lock is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is not pet friendly. The driveway offers enough room for two vehicles nearest the mailboxes.

*Getting Around*

This home is located off of a busy road in a central location making it easy to travel around Fayetteville. With easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze! Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! Downtown and the Cross Creek Mall are also very close with many surrounding restaurants and bars making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.

This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.

Check-ins later than 9 Pm should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!T Located minutes from Fort Bragg, downtown Fayetteville, and close to shopping and many restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds and smart tv's. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and a well stocked kitchen for all your needs to prep meals during your stay. We just know you're going to feel right at home!

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home minus one locked closet. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.

The Neighborhood:
This quaplex's location is all about efficiency! Located off North Ramsey Street among many shops and restaurants, if you have business on Ft. Bragg, you can hop on the 295 bypass and reach three different access points in minutes and if you are here for pleasure, you can reach The Historic Downtown area in about 10 minutes. This neighborhood is near a larger, multistory apartment complex. Methodist University is within walking distance and many students walk to campus.

Getting Around:
While ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are available , having your own vehicle is most convenient option for getting around the city and surrounding areas. Public transportation may be limited is some parts of Fayetteville, so plan accordingly if you do not plan to utilize a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules/ Expectations:
1. This home is NOT pet friendly. Evidence of an unapproved pet incurs an additional cleaning fee set to the discretion of management.
2. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
3. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
4. No unapproved overnight guests.
5. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
6. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
7. Do not rearrange our furniture.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.
Other Things to Note:
1. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.
2. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.
Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.
