10 min drive to Ft. Bragg? Rich with history, but updated for the modern guest. Enjoy the flexibility of space and beautiful furnishings. On a semi private street with oversized lot, basketball hoop/court, and fire pit with seating. Wood and tile floors throughout the home and full bath tubs in each bath.

The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you could need for a wonderful meal with friends and family.

Need Tech? High speed internet and firesticks throughout the home.

Need to move and grove? We hear you. Inside your master suite is a yoga/barre station, complete with a professional ballet bar, resistance bands, and mirror. No need to miss your workout just because you travelled.

Is your dog family? Ours is too. Welcome your pooch to their out outdoor run, fully fenced and gated for their exercise and safety. The yard is also fully fenced . Is basketball yout style? Our adjustable hoop can keep the adults happy but move down for little ones to play too!

Host was great, very accommodating. House was clean and roomy. Nice to have a bathroom on each floor. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Driveway was narrow. Beautiful outside areas. Overall a great place to stay. If we are ever in the area again, we would rent again.

Good option for bigger group- we had 2 couples, a single adult, our kids who are 19 and 18, and my nephews ages 14 and 16. Plenty of room to spread out or gather at the dining table. Kitchen has what you need to cook a meal/make breakfast. There was no ice maker in the fridge or ice trays, so bring a bag of ice. It was clean which is a huge thing for me because I am diagnosed OCD and absolutely will not stay anywhere that’s not up to my standards, this place met my standards. Only thing was it was a tad musty, I’m guessing because it’s an older home. Not sure if a dehumidifier would help that issue or again, it’s just an old house (with lots of character compared to new built homes), but that may be an issue for some- we noticed it but it didn’t make our stay uncomfortable.

Lovely house, great host

We had an amazing stay here. The house is large and built over several levels (be advised that all bedrooms and bathrooms have stairs). There are two spacious living areas and a nice, large dining table. We are a family of 6 and were in town to visit family. The house was fantastic for us to host game time with our family.The kids’ room is nicely appointed- our daughters loved playing “school” with the chalkboard.The host is excellent- communication is quick! The main air conditioner unit wasn’t working during our stay- it was fixed within hours of us letting Casey know there was a problem. We loved our stay and will book again next time we all visit Fayetteville as a family.

I visited for a wedding in Spring Lake and we needed a dog friendly house. This place was perfect. Cute litlle house that turned out to have lots of room. We loved Feyetville. Friendly people everywhere we turned. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location

It was the ideal place for us as family as we had come from England to attend our granddaughter's wedding. We all found it a very relaxing spot and ideal for the English and Americans to get together. The bonus was the fact that Casey had knowledge of our granddaughter. Quiet getaway close to Ft Bragg

Older and well kept home in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for work and brought my dog. Anything we needed the property manager addressed quickly. Close to both base and local restaurants. Saved as a favorite for future visits.

Jewel in Fayetteville

This property is a jewel in Fayetteville. Plenty of room for families to spread out with two separate living areas, as well as three bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a large dining table. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were there during the winter, but the back yard looks like lots of fun with a table for outdoor dining and a fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!

Successful Reunion Thanks to Haymount House

I came to Fayetteville to my Panama Airborne Reunion. Some of the troopers I had not seen for 35 years. We arrived to Haymount House and felt like we had come home! The property is spacious with an enormous fire pit out back. Clean dishes, silverware and pots and pans saved us money on food as we cooked on the gas range. The location is very close to downtown and about 15 minutes from Ft Liberty, NC. I cannot express how nice the accommodations were. Words fail me! The hosts were super responsive to our questions and made sure we were good to go. All of this maximized our time reminiscing and telling war stories. It was great and the stay was wonderful. When we come back to Ft Liberty in the future we hope this particular house will be available!

The house is in a lovely neighborhood. There was plenty of space for five adults and three children. A couple of suggestions: Pyrex dishes for cooking would be nice, a high chair and pack n play would make guests with small children able to pack lighter, and have a plumber check the water pressure in all showers.

Great family trip

We had a group of 6 adults + 1 toddler who stayed for a long weekend. The house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean upon checkin. The house is split level and has 4 half levels. The main floor has the kitchen, 2 living rooms and a gorgeous good sized dining room. Our group of 7 ate in the dining room with room to spare. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with dishes, silverware, bottle openers, etc. it has a 12 cup coffeemaker and a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We used them all and they were great and in very good condition. The downstairs level had a bedroom with 2 double beds, a full bathroom and a big laundry room with a very nice washer and dryer. My mother stayed in the downstairs room and said the beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. On the third floor is two more bedrooms and a bathroom. My daughter stayed in the bedroom with the full bed and said it was very cozy and she liked her room. She’s super picky, so that is saying something! My husband used the second bedroom on this floor (with the bunkbeds) as his office, as it had a full desk. He said the WiFi was great and he had lots of privacy- he couldn’t hear much else going on in the house. The fourth floor has the master bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and a very large bathroom with a shower and bathtub and dual sinks. We only used the shower but can say the water was great and their was plenty of hot water for everyone. We used the backyard too- beautiful!

Aunt Invasion

We came to celebrate 1 of 4 sisters 50th birthdays. She lives in Fayetteville, along with her teenage son and 2 adult children who are married with children. We have 8 adults, 1 teen 2 kidos ages 5 and 7 as well as 1 infant 2 months old. This house was amazing for all to visit, only 5 of us slept in the house. Nice little yard the playground worked perfectly for the little ones. We utilized every room. The location was great, right between everyone visiting no one had to drive too far to get to and from. This is a beautiful home! Casey, the owner was amazing and attentive. Quick to respond very pleasant to communicate with.

Cozy home

This property was just perfect for our family get away. All the rooms were clean and the place had lots of beautiful decorations. It felt very cozy.The host was very accommodating and was able to check in early too. I would like to recommend the place for anyone looking for good atmosphere home for vacation.

Baby Shower Get-together

We were in town to attend a baby shower for my daughter. The house was wonderful! Plenty of room for all of us and enough bathrooms for all of us women! A/C worked great thankfully for it was quite warm outside. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. The backyard is great for kids. Casey was very good about responding very quickly to any questions that I had.
