The Homeplace is a cozy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The townhome is located close to the 295 bypass and about 10 minutes from downtown Hay Street.
The Space: Welcome to your home away from home! There’s No Place Like Homeplace II and you’ll never want to go back home. This fully furnished townhome includes 2 queen sized beds, a flat screen Smart TV, full sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dishware for 4. High Speed Internet is included. This unit is one of 4 attached unit in a quadruplex building. Each unit has its own separate entrance, two dedicated parking spots, and No interior spaces are shared. Please be respectful of our neighbours.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking..
It features a small living room and kitchen with eat in dining; step through a back door in the kitchen out to a spacious, but private patio area shaded by many pine trees. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and washer and dryer units. The primary bedroom features a queen size beds, huge closet for your storage needs, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed as well and a large closet. Both bathrooms are staged with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover wipes and one set of fresh linens per guest.

NO Events, No Parties, No Unapproved Guests!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund.
For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, bar mop towels in lieu of paper towels, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of stores nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.
Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

1. Make sure all garbage is placed in the appropriate receptacle. Recyclables should not be bagged. 2. Please place all used towels in the washing machine and begin cycle using hot water and provided detergent. 3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
**Guest Access** Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. There is a small, private patio area, and this property is Pet Friendly! The complex offers plenty of parking, in the parking lot in front of the house and two spaces, one out front and one off to the left. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep pets leashed when outdoors. Free wifi reaches the entire home. We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don't forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions.
Check-ins later than 9pm should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
Guest Access: Guests have full private access to the entire home minus one locked closet. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.
The Neighborhood: This town-home's location is all about efficiency! Located off North Ramsey Street among many shops and restaurants, if you have business on Ft. Bragg, you can hop on the 295 bypass and reach three different access points in minutes and if you are here for pleasure, you can reach The Historic Downtown area in about 10 minutes. This neighborhood is near a larger, multistory apartment complex. Methodist University is within walking distance and many students walk to campus.
Getting Around: While ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are available , having your own vehicle is most convenient option for getting around the city and surrounding areas. Public transportation may be limited is some parts of Fayetteville, so plan accordingly if you do not plan to utilize a vehicle.
Other Things to Note: House Rules/ Expectations: 1. This home is NOT pet friendly. Evidence of an unapproved pet incurs an additional cleaning fee set to the discretion of management. 2. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well. 3. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. 4. No unapproved overnight guests. 5. No parties, events, or large gatherings. 6. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure. 7. Do not rearrange our furniture. Fees/Charges: 1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge. 2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge 3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350 Checkout Instructions: 1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle. 2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent. 3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged. Other Things to Note: 1. Street parking is limited to two marked spots. Look for number 100. Towing is enforced and at the cost of the guest. 2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base. 3. Our home is not wheelchair accessible. Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.

Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.
