Inside, you’ll find a cozy yet spacious layout designed for gathering and relaxing:
Main-level bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom

Upstairs bedroom features one full bed and one twin bed—perfect for kids or additional guests

Comfortable living room with Smart TV and seating for the whole group
Dining space for at least 6 inside, ideal for meals, games, or late-night conversations
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home
Washer & dryer for added convenience

Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, gathering around the fire, or simply enjoying the quiet, Freedom Reigns Cabin offers a stay that feels both refreshing and restorative.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy

We understand that travel plans don’t always fit perfectly into a 4:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out window. While we wish we could accommodate every early arrival or late departure request, we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out under any circumstances.

This is not due to inflexibility, but out of respect for the time, care, and effort that go into preparing each property to the high standards we promise every guest. Our professional cleaning teams operate on strict schedules to ensure each stay is spotless, safe, and comfortable.

If an early check-in or late check-out is possible, a fee will always apply:

$25 per hour (rounded to the nearest hour)
or a discounted additional night’s rate
Please do not request early check-in or late check-out unless you are willing to accept the fee.

Each home is professionally cleaned and treated, but you’re still surrounded by the great outdoors—so critters might make a guest appearance. Don’t worry—they’re usually just passing through and pose no danger.

Some properties may have elevated decks, docks, or natural drop-offs that are unfenced. Please use caution in all outdoor areas and keep a close eye on children or guests who may need assistance.

By booking, you agree to treat these spaces—and yourself—with care and common sense. No refunds will be given for wildlife sightings or use of outdoor areas unless there is a clear danger or damage.
