« We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again. »

« Close to U of A campus, this retreat was the perfect headquarters for our college apartment search. Its peaceful location, was restful. The host is quick to respond and very courteous. PS Be sure to pack coffee if you want to make your own. »

« We booked the apartment as a base for hiking and exploring surrounding state parks. Had a blast at Devil’s Den and the JB Hunt Disc Golf course. The apartment has loads of space, a good sized closet, comfy bed and sofas, and a kitchen you can cook in. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to Fayetteville. The management was only a text away when we had questions, and the apartment had most everything we needed. Uploading a photo as part of booking was the only weird part, but...

« The communication before and during the stay was excellent. While I didn’t need anything specific during our stay, I knew I could message and expect a quick response. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, had very comfortable beds, and so close to Dickson Street which was perfect for our weekend plans! Highly recommend! »
