« Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. The location is very central - next door to Salling and its roof garden, 10 mins walk to Dokk1, easy walk to bus and train stations.The apartment itself was spotless with everything we needed.Check in was very simple. « Spacious and clean. Never figured out how to turn on the light over the table and I wish there was a microwave... but otherwise cannot complain. One thing I did mention to management was the lack of any inside security-- I am a female traveling solo. There is a code that lets you in, but no chain or anything inside. You really have to trust no one else has the code... but they assured me that a new code is generated for each lodger. I am not sure what the high season prices are like, but it was...

« Das Appartement ist top mit fantastischer Aussicht. Zu bemängeln ist, dass der Eigentümer die ersten Tage nicht erreichbar war. Wir haben die Wohnung mit Parkplatz gebucht, jedoch hat uns der Eigentümer für die Ausfahrt zunächst nicht freigeschaltet. So mussten wir anfangs für das Parkhaus zahlen und sind gespannt, ob wir das Geld wiederbekommen. Novasol versuchte zu helfen und an Tag 3 von 5 hat sich der Vermieter endlich gemeldet und die Ausfahrt für das Parkhaus freigeschaltet. Es ist schade,...

"Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, tu demandes une serviette car il en manque une dans la chambre, on veut me la donner au moment où tje sors ce n'est pas intelligent. De plus, le flexible de douche et la paroie de douche qui fuient, résultats tout le sol glissant. Beaucoup trop de petits irritants pour un hôtel de ce nom "

"Fantastique, cet appart hôtel est magnifique, hyper propre très moderne. Le personnel est très gentil avec toujours le sourire. Très grand parking extérieur a reserver et payer sur l’appli de l’hotel ( le Danemark est un pays très connecté) Et le petit déjeuner...whaou, tout fait maison, les omelettes sont à commander sur un grand écran et on vous les fait à la demande...incroyable , elles sont divines."
