« Good hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past three years and it’s keeping its good quality and standards. However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. « The best hotel of our trip! People really nice and always smiling! Thanks for having us »

« I would feel positive about this hotel if it was classified 4*. The 5* rating was not reflected in the standard of comfort in the room (though it would be fine as 4*) nor the in-room amenities (only 3*). So it was an ok stay, at ok value for money, but not up to 5* expectations. »
