The beautiful complex of Trulli del Monsignore
is in the lush countryside of Fasano, in the area Laureto, with a
breathtaking view, where you can spend your holiday in the Apulian Itria
Valley. The villa is entirely fenced and equipped with "a thousand and
one nights" accessories. The villa accommodates up to 12 guests.
Trulli del Monsignore is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool with solarium and outdoor kitchen with dining area, heated swimming pool in a grotto with chromotherapy, air conditioning in the bedrooms, internet, two barbecues, large terraces and outdoor areas, washing machine, tv, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, fireplace, microwave oven and heating system.

The
villa is on two super-equipped floors and it has many outdoor areas
with porches and terraces, a swimming pool with solarium, kitchen and
dining area. Moreover, there are 2 barbecues, outdoor showers and a
large parking area.

The rooms of the luxury villa for 12 guests
The
villa is on two floors and it consists of two independent apartment
with many accessories, furnished with design elements and with attention
to details.
Theground floor is introduced by a spacious porch with table and chairs. The villa opens into a dining room, a big living room with sofa and the well-equipped kitchen.
On
this floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, one
of which is ensuite. In the rooms there are air conditioning and tv.
The true gem of the ground floor is the charateristic grotto with heated swimming pool and chromotherapy.
The apartment on the first floor
is equipped with an exclusive outdoor area, a bar table with outdoor
kitchen, seating area, gazebo and paved path that lead to the beautiful
big swimming pool with solarium
This floor is characterized by the
typical architecture: looking up, the guests can see the vaulted
ceilings of the trulli. The refined and bright living room with a double
bed for two guests is accessible from the living room. There is a kitchen, while the sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 design bathrooms.

The surroundings of Trulli del Monsignore
Trulli
del Monsignore is in a residential area, in the outskirts on Fasano, on
the street that connects it to Locorotondo. It`s near many towns and
old town centres of the Itria Valley which are worth discovering during
the holidays in Puglia, such as Alberobello, with its trulli that are
Unesco world heritage, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Ostuni.
The closest beaches are on the Adriatic sea, such as Savelletri, Capitolo and Monopoli.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- In trulli there is not air conditioning.
- Change of bed linens and towels euro 30 per perona, optional.
- Pool towel euro 10 per person, optional.
