You can browse the traditional markets in Loulé for produce, fish, bakery and textiles (among other traditional handicrafts and souveniers), but are only a short drive from the new modern Mar Shopping mall with a lively gourmet food court, large anchor stores like Ikea and Primark, and a modern grocery store, Pingo Doce.
