« Very clean, vintage motel. Easy in and out. Great staff. »

« Excellent staff helpful from arrival to departure. »

« The Mallard Hotel faces a beautiful mountain view! There is no staff on-site. No lobby or personnel. You can text the Hotel number and get any questions answered in a few minutes. The King room has a small kitchen sink counter area with a modern refrigerator. Coffee pot with amenities. There is a hair dryer and clothes steamer in...

« Excellent hotel, very clean; the room was super comfortable and clean. In addition to being a lovely hotel, it is well-located. The staff was friendly. »

I honestly don’t know what all the complaints about noise are about, all 4 lodges were occupied and we had zero noise issues. The room was clean, the property was clean, and it was easy to find. I would definitely stay again! »

« We stayed for a night at this quirky little place outside Tellico Plains. Hosts were delightful and informative. "Premier room" was wonderful with large jacuzzi, king size bed, and thermostat controlled gas fireplace. High clerestory window was great for watching the full moon but not so great in morning sun. But the place is made for early risers chasing nearby waterfalls and cruising the mountain roads. Outside areas included nicely decorated sitting areas and a game room with pool,...
