« We enjoyed the easy check in. We had time to relax by the pool. A few used towels lying around and none for us but laundry was very helpful. We then went for drinks at the bar and met with family. Staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Room was very nice and clean. »

Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster. »

« This was an absolute wonderful stay for our entire family. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They found our booking and got us our room cards right away. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming and the hotel is super clean. Our rooms smelled great and were nice and tidy. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch! We were allowed to go up there with the kids to enjoy a World Cup game and take in the views. I would absolutely book again! »

« Absolutely do not recommend.
When I booked, I realize I wasn’t booking a 5 star hotel—my expectations were reasonable. My family and I were traveling for soccer and it was a last minute booking. I only have 2 criteria for a stay for me to be happy—clean and safe.
The property is not well maintained—pool was drained for the duration of our trip (with no indication prior to booking), the AC was not working property in the lobby/breakfast area to the point where staff had brought in floor units....
