« Hotel très mal tenu. Très très sale. Tout est cassé, abîmé. Le ménage n'est pas bien fait des cotons tiges sales traînent sur le sol. Moquette et couvre lit sales. Crasseux, miteux. En travaux en plus partout des ordures trainent. Une honte surtout ne vous arrêtez pas ici. Petit dejeuner immonde, dégoûtant.... Jamais vu un Hôtel aussi répugnant. »

« I enjoy staying here when I come into town. It’s quiet and clean. Normally, I don’t have complaints but the staff member at the desk when I went to drop off my key card was very cold and did not make eye contact with me. I guess I expected a little more attentiveness from that hospitality staff member. The key cards she was organizing was obviously more important than a customer checking out. It won’t determine my overall experience but it definitely stood out. »
