« Good hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past three years and it’s keeping its good quality and standards. However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »

« Not a good hotel, all fitting were lose, things not working, mobile network wasnt in the rooms, wifi wasnt working properly, no breakfast buffet »

« You know your room wasn't cleaned between customers when you find a floater in the toilette, and dirty sheets. Upon complaining to management, they gave us another room and promised that this one had been cleaned. »

« 1) Upon arrival 3 rooms were not confirmed. 2) After confirmation, reception guy said there is no kitchen in any room (website says with kitchen also i requested for kitchen for at least one room out of 3 as my parents cook their own food. 3) no AC in one of the room as says AC rooms. 4) only 3 towels provided between 8 people. 5) rooms were not clean. 6) found ash trays and some smoke smells in non smoking rooms. »

« Room was not clean, and not maintained, bathroom had cigarette butts when we checked in, cleaner was cleaning room with same cleaning cloth as bathroom. In terms of servicing don’t expect anything. Room didn’t had geyser. »
