« Best place we stayed in 2025. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a few police neighbors. Great sized house with a downstairs family room functioning as a fourth bedroom if needed. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Plenty of towels, soap, paper towels, dishes, etc. Just far enough from Anchorage to feel safe and separate but close enough for convenient access if desired. All around solid choice and awesome one night experience. Much appreciate the owners. Kind, understanding, and good communicators....

« The homeowners communication was stellar. Always at the right time, accommodating, helpful, and with very clear instructions. The location was absolutely perfect for me as I was attending an event at the University of Alaska Anchorage campus and it was a quick 15 minute walk there. « Wonderful suite, felt so homey. Host has everything you need right there, even some chocolates to welcome you! You park right by the suite, so it's very easy access. Will stay there again, plus recommend to anyone asking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price while in Anchorage.. »

« The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. We could tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring we had a nice stay. It was an easy drive from the airport and to downtown Anchorage and the local attractions. We would definitely stay there again. »

« We had a great stay! Check in was super easy and the place was clean. The water pressure was good and the beds were comfy. The kitchen area is small, but everything worked just fine and they had the cutest rainbow trout plates!!! Big closet space, two bathrooms and big full length mirrors which was perfect for getting ready for a wedding. « This was a very old Alaskan house, with thin carpeting and uneven floors. New kitchen counters, ratty old cupboards.Very iffy neighborhood, with a very scarey-looking place right next door, a big gate to get in to the apartment, with an electromagnetic lock and bars on the windows, and multiple locks on he front door. I did not feel safe coming in late at night by myself after being with my husband while he was in the hospital. Owner was cooperative and gracious. Bed was comfortable but so...
