« Property very convent location. We did have a problem with our room and when it was brought to Cassie, the desk clerks, attention she quickly took care of us. Our new room was excellent. Will stay there again if in the area. »

« My room was either too hot or too cool. The AC system did not seem to work correctly. Also, the breakfast was served after I had checked out to do a bike rally. The only reason I stayed there was because of the ride. Yet I did not have the chance to have breakfast. You would have thought they could, for that one day, serve breakfast a little earlier. »

« The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was tight but ok. Lots of work trucks there. Remote for the TV needs to be replaced or cleaned. It would only work to turn on/off, and change the volume. Getting to the guide was iffy, but then it may or may not move when you tried to make a selection. it was just ok - it served my purpose. Cheap and near the hospital. »

My concern came from having experienced similar problems at other motels, so I was worried it was becoming a recurring issue. « Very Dirty, obviously no one cleaned the room before our stay: hairs in the sheets, old towel on the floor, dirt on the floor... And I describe the second room, I asked for switching because the first was even dirtier. »
